G & O Towing

Great timely and professional service! I really take my hat off to the top notch and lightning fast service that Kory and Morgan provided me to get my truck out of quite the pickle I had gotten it into late on Saturday night. I didn't have enough traction to get up a steep gravel driveway and had slid backward adjacent to the post and couldn't move forward nor backward without scratching the side of the truck. Kory quickly received my service call from AAA and once he learned the situation dispatched his wrecker driver, Morgan, who despite being off that night, was at the driveway in less than 15 minutes. He surveyed the situation and determined best option was to hook up to the rear hitch and pull the truck sideways away from the post. In minutes, he had me in a position to safely back out of the driveway without a scratch. I really appreciate their timeliness, knowledge, attentive customer service and commitment to safely moving my vehicle.

Last night my wife blew a tire on Pleasant Valley in a very bad spot. She called AAA to assist and G&O arrived. The tow operator was great. He went the extra mile and was able to block traffic and safety change the tire. A hardworking young man and I appreciated his work ethic and his commitment to service. Job well done.

On my way home from San Francisco to Carson City at night and had a flat tire with no spare in Placerville. Called AAA and they sent out G&O Towing. These guys were phenomenal and Kory took great care to insure my safety and worked his butt off to figure out a solution and to get me home. He went over and above what any typical employee would do these days. Highly recommend Kory and this firm.

Kory was my hero! He knew that I was stranded in the hills on a late, hot Friday afternoon. He took the time to rescue me, as well as another stranded vehicle elsewhere. When he delivered my vehicle to a tight, narrow driveway, he maneuvered that turn and space like the true professional that he is!!! If I ever need another tow, I would want Kory again. 🤞🏻I don’t need one ! Lol

I called for AAA service and G and O towing was quick to respond. My driver did all he could to get my car started but unfortunately we had to tow it. He was quick and efficient. Tight spots and obstacles didn't effect his ability to do his job quickly and efficiently. Very professional. Would highly recommend.

Lifesavers! It’s Friday afternoon, my second flat tire in a month on Pleasant Valley Rd. And of course, with new tires. I was stressed, frustrated, day certainly not going as planned…G&O to the rescue! Prompt, professional and when I said “Ok, how much do I owe?” They said “nothing” ! I could not believe my ears!!! I just said to the guy, “Oh my God, can I hug you?!” Reluctantly LOL, he took the hug …not that I gave much choice. Good people, businesses still exist in the world! I am forever grateful and was literally shocked by this unnecessary kindness. Thank you G&O for restoring my faith in human kindness. You guys are amazing. You made a really unfortunate circumstance pleasant and saved my Friday!

Wow, just had my first experience with G and O Towing, and it was great. I was stranded with a flat tire, feeling all lost, but these folks swooped in and turned things around. The towing service was swift, and the team went out of their way to assist. I'm beyond thankful for their help, and I've found my new trusted towing service. No more worries on the road!

I've had excellent service over the years with G&O Towing with my AAA Roadside Service. That is until I got a different car and a dead battery the other day. I've purchased AAA batteries in the past and had them installed before so I thought "no big deal". They have a great warranty. I got the wrong service tech that day. He told me he could not put in a battery because it would take too long. I asked if I could pay more and the answer was still no. This car needed parts taken out of the way and was more complicated to do. Who knew? He left, I was upset and called G&O and they said they would do it and that it would cost just a bit more. They sent out Derek right away who was very kind, did the work and remedied the problem. It only takes 1 to ruin a reputation but since I'd never had a problem in the past, I figured it was this one guy. Derek made it right and the ladies I talked to in dispatch were awesome in understanding what happened and sending Derek right out. Thank you so much to everyone there that does the right thing, and that's almost everyone I've ever met in this company. You saved my day!
