Dr. Michael is one of the kindest GI doctors that I have ever been to. He is thorough and most importantly one of the best diagnostic doctors in his field. I feel fortunate to be a patient of his.

I found the staff to be of the highest caliber and was well treated by all. I truly appreciated Dr. Chiu and her timely efforts on all my requests.

Dr Michael is caring and listened to my concerns and questions. Quick to get into the back and awesome staff. This is been a problem for me as I am a rn disabled but have been treated differently before because i am on disability! Thanks for treating me like a good person!!!

Dr. Cole and all the staff in this office are the very best. Everyone was friendly, professional and eased any tensions I may have had. Dr. Cole is awesome! Everyone there knows what they're doing. I highly recommend to anyone needing a GI doctor for sure.

I had an Endoscopy Ultrasound there yesterday. I cannot say enough how well I was treated by EVERYONE there. From the lady who checked me in at the front desk, to the nurses who prepped me (Karin & Janet were SO nice, and efficient), my Anesthesiologist was so attentive & explained everything she would be doing, and the Doctor who explained everything in detail that would be happening. It's the best hospital experience I've ever had. Thank you, Marshall's team!

I had an endoscopy and follow-up appointment with Dr. Chiu last month. Wonderful experience! I was so well cared for, EVERYONE was terrific. Dr Chiu took a lot of time to explain all my results and answer all my questions. I highly recommend both Dr. Chiu and Marshall Medical!

The waiting room was not crowed, and patients had plenty of room to relax. One I was in the exam room, I was promptly greeted and the NP showed up shortly after. My appointment was smooth and everyone was very helpful.

Doctor Michael and his nurse/assistant made me feel comfortable and well cared for. We have not, however, found the cause of my anemia.

Dr. Chiu and all the staff made this whole experience easy. I had the full works, endoscopy, colenoscopy, Mri scans and today the Capscom. I am tired and hope this closes the gasto stuff. It would have been hard to to do with out the care and consideration that was shown to me. Thank you Dr. Chiu

The staff and doctors couldn't be more nice. They try and help fit any appt into your schedule. Also when your scared your not always your best self and they couldnt have been more nice dealing with me when I was scared to have a procedure. I wanted to bolt out the door and use any excuse to not go through with it. But after everything was done I was glad i did it, and realized it wasent that bad. This was the best experience I ever had with a doctor and staff.

Dr. Chui is amazing!!!! She helped diagnose me with hep c , I acquired as a nurse. Got me the Epclusa medicine and I'm cured. Bless her...I was so sick.

I felt very comfortable in an otherwise uncomfortable and stressful situation within their care! The procedure went so well, I didn't feel anxious or uncomfortable!

My first Colonoscopy at Marshall in Cameron Park! Believe it or not, very good experience! Nurses and staff awesome, doctor was funny and a remember talking one moment and waking up the next with no pain and not much loopiness at all. This the place to go for this procedure! :)

I was referred to Marshall Gastro in Shingle Springs as my digestive system was playing havoc. Ultimately, needed a colonoscopy to determine what the root cause has contributed to a miserable 6 months. I was interviewed and given a physical by NP K Ogden. She was friendly, accessible, and had great bedside manner (as they say) and I knew my condition was going to be in competent hands. I was further scheduled for a Colonoscopy which was performed by Dr M Redor and his superlative staff.

Unfortunately, my digestive system has been in major runamok mode, and after coming out of the anesthesia, I found that I needed to be put on the max prep alternative, because (let's just say that conditions were cloudy at best). I was rescheduled for the return procedure about a month later. The 2nd time was a little better, but still a few "unknowns" and I hated to be the proverbial 'pain in the arse' but my digestive tract needs a major overhaul.

I had a follow up with NP K Ogden and she was fantastic, again. I always felt very safe in the safeguards and logistics during the 'age of Covid' and the hospital does a first-rate job to accommodate and manage a well mapped out entry and exit. The whole staff are kind and professional and I would highly recommend Dr Redor and his staff for the best "bumblectomy" this side of the Sacramento River.

Dr. Katrina E Ogden is such an amazing dr. The whole office is amazing there. Dr. Katrina ordered lots of test to get to the bottom of my issues. I’m so grateful that she was able to find out my problem.

Very pleased with my appointment with Dr. Cole. Everything was clearly explained. He listened to my concerns and took all necessary time to address my questions.
