We had an amazing experience with Allie (sp?). She was super patient with us and did a lot of research to help us pick out a band for our existing engagement ring. We will be back! We also bought a consignment ring that matched my wife's mom's ring.

I was referred to Jon Bate Jewelry, and boy, was she right in recommending this jewelry business. Anything that you need that has to do with jewelry - this is where I recommend you go to. Jon knows his craft. He has a keen eye for detail. His work is impeccable, and he has the perfect sense for beauty and art in his work, besides function and practicality when he is designing or placing jewelry and gemstones. His prices are the most reasonable I have ever seen compared to all the jewelry stores I've been to. He sells neckchains, loose gemstones, diamonds, lab made gemstones and natural, and jewelry of all kinds...all at wonderful prices. His staff are just knowledgeable and provide great service, as does Jon, which is a huge plus! They surprised me with a wonderful cleaning job on my gold piece that I brought in for repair, and now it looks brand new and !

I just wanted to thank the young gal who helped me today with my wedding ring and my husband’s wedding band. I thought for sure that mine would need to be left. She inspected it and said she didn’t see anything wrong with it but that she would have Jon check it for me. I have a couple of bands that have been soldered a few times (I’ve had them for 45 years now) and it felt like they were loose. My husband’s band was bent up from years of construction and I was hoping to get it rounded back out. She asked me if I could wait ten minutes while Jon looked at my ring and while she straightened my husbands out. Literally during that ten minute time frame 8 other customers came and went. Some picked up items. Others dropped things off. There was another gal working too. Their customer service was impeccable. When my gal came back with both of my rings ready to go I was shocked. My ring just needed a little adjustment and a cleaning and the same with my husbands band. When I asked how much she told me no charge. I still can’t believe it. It was well worth the 40 mile round trip. I will definitely go back. Their customer service is top notch! Thank you Jon Bate’s and Staff!

Just stopped by to have my 14kt gold necklace clasp repaired (it wasn’t completely closing) the young lady had the jeweler take a look at it and repaired it for free. Other jewelers would have charged me, no doubt! Ended up purchasing a beautiful rose gold necklace from them. The customer service and care were wonderful. I will certainly be back!

I am very pleased with the rings that Jon Bate created. My wedding set needed an update. I had a few small stones that needed to be used. Pam came up with a great design which Jon brought to reality. Great experience, lovely folks to work with.

I just read the 1 star review. Some people just cannot be happy. It inspired me to write of my own experience as a counterpoint.

My fiancee and I have been in to the shop probably 3 times in the last e years working on a custom design for my wedding ring.

They have ordered in stones for the ring at their own expense. Made multiple wax mock ups of the design. Made amazing recommendations and spent literally HOURS discussing the ring and checking pricing and making drawings etc.

It has been 3 YEARS. And I have yet to pay a dime. For all the work they have put in. And all of the stones they have already ordered and wax designs they have made and time they have spent with us in person and on the phone with NEVER A COMPLAINT OR SINGLE REQUEST FOR ANY MONEY. And they have always been friendly and accommodating and cheerful.

I WILL BE ordering this ring soon. And I know it will be amazing.

I was overly impressed by this place. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I went in to have a charm added to my grandma's charm bracelet, they were busy and 3 weeks out for appointments, but they did it anyway instead, 15 minutes. Support your local businesses!

Jon Bate Jewelry is the best jeweler I have ever been to! Jon and Pam are the most honest and talented jewelers! I have had them fix many pieces of jewelry that are irreplaceable and they have always gone above and beyond my expectations. Jon Bate Jewelry also made my daughters wedding ring including in pieces of inherited gold and diamonds to make a beautiful custom ring which she treasures. I have always referred them to friends and family and will continue to do so. They are truly the best of the best!

Found the perfect ring for my wife. They were busy but got to me quickly. The staff was very helpful and found what I was looking for right away. They also gift wrapped the ring for a beautiful presentation. I will definitely be going back to get matching earrings and necklace.

I've been getting my jewelry repaired here for a long time. He does excellent work and has a very good display of jewelry to choose from as well. I've picked up a few nice pieces over the years.

There was some very unique pieces in the studio. I ended up going here for some jewelry repair. I had damaged a piece of jewelry, and thought it was beyond fixing. I called Jon, and he was very accommodating and had my pendant looking brand new in a timely manner. I will definitely be going back, and I encourage others to go as well.

Always a great place to find gifts, or to have jewelry and watches refurbished. Jon's abilities are best showcased in the high quality of the unique jewelry that he creates for customers. By using a customer's old gold ( or old silver) and gemstones Jon uses lost wax process to create new and innovative jewelry.

Small but they know their business. Pam worked with me and made suggestions for what I wanted. Extremely pleased with my rings. They look new. John's work is outstanding. I will return.

It's where I have all my existing jewelry repaired and get my watches spruced up and new batteries installed. It's where I take the small stuff that isn't even jewelry. I take it to Jon and see if he can do the mending, the fine repair that's needed for old stuff, the antique and special that I wouldn't trust to anybody else. Jon's the man.

Had a spring put in my wedding ring as they were too large and new prongs added. They did a beautiful job. Look like new so shiny and new.

Great customer service, gave me some great advice about my broken hoop and fixed it quickly. I was scared of letting someone try to repair my hoop but was glad I could find someone to trust for future repairs.
