Incredible fast service for a pool filter replacement ! Nevergreen was a referral from my mother in Cameron Park(they service her pool). On Monday I contacted Nevergreen and talked to their repair manager Keoni. He was at my house within 30 minutes of our phone call to look at my old pool filter. I thought he was the owner of the company because of the care and knowledge. He came up with a game plan. 2 days later he came in, replaced the filter and 2 hours later was out. Just like he said it would happen. I'm going to use Nevergreen to service my pool as well. They have great people over there !

They installed a new filter and heater in my pool. The work was done fast and seems to be high quality. The price was reasonable. They identified another issue that was outside of their scope, but coordinated with another business to get that issue resolved as well. It didn’t feel like they just wanted to get paid and leave, but genuinely cared about the condition of my pool even though I am not a recurring customer. I will definitely call them back if I need more work done.

We switched to Nevergreen a couple of months ago and are so happy we did! Everything about working with them has been great - from the initial call on. Straightforward and reliable/consistent service and billing. And the pool looks better than ever!

We called Nevergreen after coming home from vacation to a green pool. They came in, diagnosed the problem, and visited several times over a two-week period. The pool is sparkling and ready for the summer. Reasonably priced, too!

Evergreen was able to promptly get me scheduled and immediately replaced my failed actuator valve on the first visit. Will definitely call on them again!

Our pool was completely green and disgusting from a year of neglect after medical issues put our lives on hold. Our pool was bright green and full of bugs with frogs living in it. My wife refused to even go in the backyard. I contacted ten different pool service companies in and around Cameron Park. Some didn't respond, others quoted very high prices, others said their client list was full. Kyle responded in kind and offered to come over to inspect within days. I specifically wanted to pay cash in advance for a year of service and Kyle was willing to customize his payment schedule to our individual needs. Kyle took our pool from super green and disgusting to crystal clear in 9 days stopping by daily to monitor the progress of the restoration. We were amazed, and within 14 days the kids were swimming in the pool. The water now is crystal clear and my little one begs to go swimming daily.

Just wow is what I have to say about Never Green Pools. Kyle the owner is very knowledgeable and to top it off he’s super nice. I called for a repair. I noticed a small leak from the pipe into the filter and they fixed it! They also cleaned the baskets and tuned up the system. They were prompt, efficient and fair priced. I will certainly call them again. Thanks Never Green Pools!!
