Rachel was great to work with. She was very patient with helping us buy our first hot tub and referred us to a great electrician who came out very fast. I bought a new spa and 4 days later it was delivered.

Our spa died an electrical death and we have an airbnb that guests booked because of hot tub. Turns out to be unrepairable, and I needed a solution fast. From the moment I called to my showroom visit to my expedited delivery and install I was treated like a VIP. absolutely superb service at every level, from the owner Tim to the sales rep Rachel(?)all the way to the service manager John to the installation team. They came out within a week to beat a snow storm, arrived early and inherited some incorrect wiring, fixed it and I was installed, filled up, running and in heat mode within 5 hours. Special kudo's to Jeff for spotting and managing the wiring issue, John for fixing it, Brian for early delivery, smooth as silk, and removal of old unit. Absolutely a top notch firm - highly recommended.

I was looking for a new spa. I had been to 3 other places and couldn’t find anything I could get before Thanksgiving. Rachel showed me over 30 spas they had available and I picked a nice Coast Spa. We are very happy. It gets delivered Monday😄

Update on my previous review. We just got the spa and the delivery was great. I can't wait to get in and start enjoying the spa. Thanks for your help Rachel.

Do not buy a spa from here— they do not stand by their products. I purchased a Coast Spa from here (Joey the owner delivered it and set it up). It started leaking and after months of correspondence I had to pay $180 for a service call. He denied that it leaked despite evidence supporting the leak (water under the spa, video showing the leak, a quote from another spa repair shop in Sacramento with a quote to repair it).

After speaking with a couple of spa repair places Joey appears to have a less than positive reputation in the spa industry, as well as Coast Spas generally. Save your money and energy and shop elsewhere.
