Marshall Family Medicine

The experience, during my last visit, was very pleasant. I was seen promptly upon arrival at the clinic. The technician who performed the ultrasound of my knee treated me with sensitivity and professionalism. I received the results of my ultrasound the same day in the evening. Therefore, I am very satisfied with Marshall Family Medicine.

My PCP Dr. Galang always addresses my concerns and includes my input in the plan he comes up with. He is caring, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I really feel he is concerned for my welfare. I never have to wait lengthy times. The staff is professional and courteous.

Dr. Billet is a gifted physician. I feel she cares about my health. She has a great body of knowledge, a caring touch and a sense of humor - all of which relax me and make me feel closer to her as my physician.

Had a great visit today Dr Samuel Ceridon is always so helpful. Had me ask a fellow doctor about a medication. Both agreed to up the medication.

Great staff and I feel confident in Dr. Ang. I’ve been unhappy with the Cameron Park office as I can never get in to see my doctor there. She’s too busy with too many new patients and I am referred to a nurse practitioner. Some are better than other’s. I’m switching to Dr. Ang as my primary care doctor.

The Marshall experience is always a great one. Dr. Billett is very thorough. Her staff is always pleasant and the front desk people are always helpful. Highly recommend this practice.

I love Dr. Lacy Neufeld. When my doctor if many years retired I was devastated but Dr. Neufeld more than fills the bill as a replacement.

My visit was great due to the the excellent staff from being checked in, pre questions with the MA and the visit with doctor Ceridon. He is a very kind and caring doctor.

Your staff is wonderful! We enjoy seeing Lucy Buchert FNP, and always want her care. Just know she is accurate and well educated. I would highly recommend her work!

Dr. Jhu answered my questions and was open to change medications to lessen undesirable side effects to one of my medications. I left with the feeling that he is a very good doctor and my treatment has been successful. I am happy to have him continue my follow up treatment.

I had forgotten about my annual check-up examination but Marshall Medical set the appointment up, reminded me via telephone and online messages then processed me quickly!

I was in extremem pain with my breast. They tried to find out why . Unfortunately they couldn't cure it but got relief for a little while. Doctors and nurses were very cconsiderate.
