Chris of Overhead door is a pleasant and very accommodating in his service. He fixed my problem in a few minutes and with a few squirts of oil in the hinges and pushed the wheel off the track back in its place ! He did this gratis ! What a great business man in providing a true customer service visit !! Im very grateful for his kindness on a cold snowy day ! I recommend his services as it is my opinion you can trust his level of integrity ! That means a lot today ! Thank you ! Chris ! You are a good Pollock Pines neighbor !

I couldn't be happier with Chris at Sierra Overhead Door. He scheduled me in quickly and arrived on agreed time. Chris was able to troubleshoot and resolve my very loud squealing garage door issue quickly. He then proceeded to health check both doors and lubricated all hinges/springs. My garage doors work perfectly and quietly now. Only wish I called them sooner.

Chris the owner was outstanding to deal with. Same day service, very knowledgeable, didn’t try to upsell me on my 45 year old garage door. Even gave me some helpfull maintenance tips and advice. I’m old school and good customer service is hard to find anymore with local businesses.

I had trouble closing my garage door due to sensor interface. To close I removed the track, pulling the door down. Not having the strength to manually open the door, I requested service from Sierra Overhead Doors. Chris came by the next morning and quickly resolve my problem at
no charge. I offered something but his answer with a smile No. We don’t charge for simple fixes. That speaks volumes for the company

I am so impressed with the customer service and repairs made to my garage door. I found this company on Goggle and called because of the positive reviews. Dillon did a fantastic job and wouldn’t leave until he was satisfied (making several adjustments). He also saved me money by finding that he did not need to replace some cables originally included in my estimate. I will definitely use them when needed in the future and recommend to family and friends!

Chris called me back within 15 minutes, drove out and adjusted our springs the same day for a reasonable price, and he explained all our options! We had called 4 other places before him & everybody tried to sell us a new garage door, new springs, or charge us double the cost bc it was a small job. This company is "local" unlike the other companies that say they r local & sub contract out. Highly recommend!

Called on a Friday morning and my door was fixed by 2 pm! Prompt, thorough and friendly same day service. Chris arrived when I was told he would and was able to quickly resolve the issue. Will definitely call them again!

Great customer service.

Wouldn't recommend - very poor communication. They sent 2 confirmation texts Wednesday before our appointment, then they didn't show up. They called 3 hours after the appointment to tell us the door hadn't arrived on Tuesday ( the day before) as expected. Didn't appologise or offer to make up for my husband's lost work time by offering a discount.

I called several times but only got an answering machine that said “leave a message”. Sierra did not ID their business or anything else. I gave up trying to reach a person from Sierra Nevada Overhead Door and instead called the Sacramento Overhead Door who answered on the first ring by a live person.. I would suggest that Sierra Nevada Overhead Door at least ID themselves in their phone message and give some indication they are interested in the caller’s business.
