Dr. Chase is so far the best doctor I have encountered at Marshall care. Very attentive to my needs. He took the time to respond to my questions.

Dr. Chase is simply the finest ear doctor I have ever seen in my entire life. I’m 70 and have had ear problems since age two, so have depended on several doctors for care as I have moved over my lifetime. Dr. Chase is thorough, gentle, wise and kind. He cares about me as a person, not just another mastoid bowl to clean. He is a blessing to me and to everyone he attends.

Dr. Throp was thorough and caring. I really appreciate her skill and insight. I saw Dr. Payne a few weeks prior and he was great at problem solving as well. I really appreciate both of them.

Dr Chase is great - he did my sinus surgery without a hitch. He is always thorough, communicates clearly, is responsive to questions/concerns, kind and has a good sense of humor...good at what he does and has a great bedside manner - I have recommended him to several friends who agree... Nanette is also terrific

Dr. Chase was very helpful with the problem I was having. It wasn't my ear at all but TMJ grinding that was hurting my ear. H also helped me understand a problem I have had for years that no other Doctor could help me with. I am impressed.

Dr Chase took the time to explain my upcoming procedure and his assistant made me feel safe and have less anxiety for pre and post op questions and concerns!

Following a hearing test, Dr. Payne made several recommendations and offered some suggestions for me to try. The loaner hearing aids work so much better than the previous one. Thanks to new technology. He let me try a wireless reception for television, but I felt I didn't need it. I'm looking forward to receiving new hearing aids in about four weeks. Thanks for a good job.

Very thorough. I felt confidant that the Dr. was knowledgeable and that he was interested in seeing that I was satisfied. I was fitted with Oticon hearing aids and I am very satisfied. I am hearing much better than I have in years.
