EZ Vane, LLC

I had my eye on the Dachshund EZ Vane in a local garden shop for years (literally). I knew I wanted it to be the crowning jewel on the garden shed I’d been dreaming of. When we broke ground this year (finally), I placed my order to EZ Vane immediately so it would be here when we finished. It is a beautiful art piece and the finishing touches and quality are outstanding. The only thing more impressive than the weather vane itself is their customer service. In the process of building, we changed our plans from a hip roof to a pitched roof. I needed to exchange my bracket. I contacted EZ Vane and the owner answered right away & went above and beyond to send me the bracket we needed, at no cost, even though it was a change on my end. Truly, in a world full of mass produced products with computer prompts as “customer service”, EZ Vane is a breath of fresh air! To top it all off, they are made right here in the beautiful state of Michigan USA!

We love our new weather vane! It was packaged with care so it shipped safely and arrived quickly. We will be recommending their products to everyone.

I received the Bison weathervane as a birthday present. It's a very nice weathervane except for one very annoying issue. The letters for North/South were welded on backwards. I exchanged email with Kasey regarding this issue and was told that, that is normal. However, when I looked at the other weather vanes on their website that doesn't seem to be the case for the other vanes.
I understand that EZ Vane does not want to take a loss for the manufacturing defect but as the consumer I feel they should make good and send a correct directional.
As Kasey stated that the backwards N/S is normal than all the other vanes on their website, that shows them in a correct orientation, must be abnormal.
You can't have it both ways.
