Such nice people work here and the Grandkids loved the chicken tenders. Dessert was Oreo cookies Blizzard, that were delicious too. We will definitely go back.

Hannah is a very special girl at the Syracuse DQ store.
I had forgotten to order a birthday cake and unfortunately DQ does not deliver. But Hannah went above and beyond and helped me get on door dash and order a birthday cake to be delivered. Door dash doesn't allow for special occasion writing to be put on cakes, but Hannah, AGAIN, wrote down a special message to place on the cake. GO HANNAH!!!!!!!!!!!

Last night my family placed a larger order in the drive thru ,we expected a wait, the Male working the drive thru was very polite and had us pull forward to wait on the burger patties. We waited only about 5 minutes and were very pleased our order was correct. The cashier apologized again for the wait which was really no problem but it was nice for a change to have such polite customer service from a fast food chain.

We ordered a cake for our daughter's birthday which came out great. We also frequent this location for the food as they're always friendly and their food has always come out hot, fresh, and usually pretty fast.

Icecream doesn't really like me. I ran down to pickup celebration blizzards for my Daughter and Husband. Her last day of school, and she did so well♡ the drive thru was packed, so I parked and went inside to order. I don't do fast food for many reasons, but this place was pleasant? Clean, well kept, and extra busy but every employee here was SO polite and courteous. The adult manager right down to the younger employees. I am highly impressed with my experience tonight. Any future DQ purchases will definitely be with this location for me. Highly reccomend👍

Love how much pride they take in the store. Always have it decked out. Staff is always friendly and food it good too.

A little bit longer wait than other drive thrus but it's definitely worth the wait & money! The chicken strip baskets with gravy are to die for, especially when you get cheese curds along with. And for party's, they have ice cream cakes that can be customized.

The backyard bacon burger is the bomb diggity. Dairy Queen, you have out done yourself. I almost couldn't wait to take the next bite. I mean s.o.a.b. that was good. It's a keeper.

I have never once had a bad experience at all when visiting this store. Service is always prompt and friendly, and the food is always fresh and on point (which is rare in this town 🙄), please keep up the excellent work you guys!

Sadly the lack of being able to find staff has the dining room area closed but they were pumping folks out the drivethru. Very fast turnaround time and of course the ice cream is da’ bomb!

They were short staffed but still gave great service. One of the best burgers I've had in a long time.

I had a great time with my group at Dairy Queen. The staff was very nice and helpful. They even tipped the blizzards upside down!

Great service took the kids there for dinner and treats and we all loved it. The best service we've had in a long time would most definitely go back.

They got some awesome burgers I'm not sure when they started these new ones but man ate they flipping good..I get the number one ...
