Yesterday I had the best cheeseburger from McDonald's ever. Not sure if it's because it was fresh and my bun was nice and crispy or because 2 pieces of cheese must have gotten stuck together but now I want to order extra cheese on my cheeseburgers!

The entire staff just blasted music and didnt serve an entire line of people. David Partin knew the staff was ridiculous and took the orders for all the cars lined up.

Every Saturday, we take our grandkids to eat and play. Amazing service and food.

Despite being very low on appropriate staffing, everyone was doing their best to provide good service. In particular, Lexi was very pleasant and kind and frequently apologizing for delays. In these times when staffing is such a problem, it helps when the employees have a good attitude.

Newly remodeled inside and out. The new play place has a designated area for toddlers, touch screen games for older kids, and plenty of ways to burn extra energy throughout the rest. Touch screen ordering has found its way to north-east ohio. If you know exactly what you want and want to just get in and out, order the old fashioned way, but If you have a bit more time and you're indecisive the new touch screen ordering stations are reasonably initiative and crisp. Friendly staff and a modern feel, it might not make you wax nostalgic, but you'll still have a pleasant experience

The manager went above and beyond, with too few staff on the clock to help him, he still gave us quality service... Even brought our food into the play place for us with our son and double checked the order with us. This guy was literally running from the kitchen, to the drive through, to the front counter, cooking and serving single handedly. Impressed with this visit for the quality service and good meal. McDonald's Corporation needs to do better with helping these franchises get staffed right. Even if they were paying that manager 25 an hour, the amount of work he was doing was easily worth 50 an hour. I don't know that dude's name, but he was awesome.

I take my son here all the time so I can use the Wi-Fi do get work done while he uses the play place… always the cleanest one in the area and the staff is always busting their butts even when it’s busy. Last time I was in I must have left my ID there and instead of tossing it or holding it in the safe (I never would have guessed it was there lol) they went out of their way and mailed it to me!! Thanks for the great customer service

People are very friendly and willing to lend a hand

This location tends to be unreliable as far as having things like lemons for iced tea. If I order delivery from them it's almost delivered incorrectly. That said, you can almost forget about it because of just how polite and friendly their employees are, especially drive through.

they were very quick and had my order ready in a timely manner. And people were friendly. The only thing I don't like about it is the new furniture design. Its not really new but you know what I mean.

If you want to try McDonald's Strawberry and Banna Smoothie do a Medium Size so You Get more taste And If You Love It You Will Have Lots More To Drink! 😁

Love new playland is much more toddler friendly and more open

It's alright I guess got to sometimes wait a few minutes before they come to take your order if you don't use the credit card machines. Other then that there pretty good at serving you. They also need to work on making sure you're food is right even.

Kids always have fun at the play place McDonald's. This particular one was only busy in the play area and my boys had a blast. The service was great and the workers there were friendly even when I asked for another toy due to accidentally throwing one Happy meal box away... Bad dad move haha.

The morning crew during the week here is always 5 stars! They take care of me as if I were family. I only get a coffee, but I'm specific on how I like it. The crew have all taken the time to get to know how I like it and when I go inside they ask me to taste it and ask to make sure it's up to par. I appreciate the effort and they do an excellent job at customer service! Thank you 😊

I can't say enough good things about the visit today. Arrived at 11am in Saturday morning, while it's raining... Probably 10 people in line... While we were waiting in line, the manager DAN was upbeat, motivating and praising the staff... He dug in, was doing EVERYTHING HE COULD do to expedite and move things along. In response, his staff was kind, courteous, efficient..... The dining area was kept clean, the playplace area was well tended.... They even offered coffee refills tableside to help wait times down.
Finding out while offering compliments to Dan they were short staffed was unbelievable. Not one beat was missed.
This was the FIRST POSITIVE VISIT to this location in over 10 years.
Props to the staff.
We will be back.

The staff here are honestly amazing, and the managers try their hardest to keep things going. The food is nothing spectacular, but that's not what you are paying for. The managers there will do whatever it takes to try and make things right with customers if something goes awry.
