I emailed inquiring about an item (that I use quite often) that had ripped and they quickly responded and sent me a replacement.

These are the most beautiful umbrellas! The umbrella stands are also fantastic! I live in a very windy area and the umbrellas have never blown away like other umbrella brands. The customer service team is also wonderful! I am so grateful for their fast response and help on a recent order.

Can I tell you how impressed I am by their Director chairs.

First of all the packaging was very easy to open and deal with. Assembly was simple.
The quality of the workmanship was outstanding. The wood was smooth. Great quality. The canvas was heavy duty. And to top it off they had stainless steel screws. I live at the beach and that's a big plus.

The other thing is the design. Absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend this to anybody looking for chairs..

The best products, And the best customer experience I’ve ever experienced!! I have little by little grown my business and pleasure kit. And it’s been so fun to have this super cute beach kit this year!

To anybody storing their items, please do not store any of your items anywhere where it can get damp, Even a garage. I have experienced mold on my cabana. Amazingly, I was able to get the mold out with bleach in the washer and a few washes. It changed a tiny bit, but it was able to get all the mold out so it became useable again, while before it’s Wawas doomed for the trash.

I’ve been looking at their products for sometime now to purchase for a new property that’s being built, but in the meantime I could not wait and purchased this beautiful sage and white umbrella which just brings such happiness into my garden. Adding the wheels to the heavy duty stand gives flexibility of placement and storage with ease.

I’m so surprised how wonderfully efficient and NICE to deal with. I wish everyone was so good to deal with. What surprised me most is that I was replied to on a Saturday! Then in my excitement I sent about 4 more emails because I wanted to purchase more for the Black Friday sales but the girls had no issues and enjoyed it from what I could vibe. Could not love my Rivie Green umbrella anymore! It is a show stopper- so beautifully designed and sturdily made. And even better their customer service, and shipping are outstanding! I can not wait to add more pieces to my collection… and they make great gifts too!

The customer service team have been great! I needed a part to fix my umbrella and they responded so quickly. Was able to organise a part to be delivered, all just before Christmas which is a busy time for businesses. I really appreciate their time and effort.

I love my Amalfi Umbrella for the simple & chic beach day. Very easy to travel and set up solo. Customer service gave me "white glove" treatment when I needed a pole replacement. They were wonderful, excellent and quickly resolved.

I ordered 10 Tommy chairs and only 8 arrived. The chairs are beautiful and i am very happy with them. When I reached out regarding the missing 2 chairs I was immediately answered and the missing box was tracked down and delivered within a few days. Great service! I just ordered another n19!
