Big taste from a little place! Service was amazing. Saw from previous reviews that they didn't offer burgers but they do now. And they are spectacular. Made me custom smoothie of vanilla chai tea with caramel. So good. They are willing to make it however you order it. Such customer service will take them far. We will definitely be stopping by next time we drive through. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

First time, word of mouth, I ordered the Reuben. Excellent sandwich, very pleasant counter person. The owner even made sure I was happy with my order.
Clean establishment. After a few questions, they will adjust your order to what you like.
Not a large seating area, parking area limited.

Excellent quality sandwiches, with crisp GREEN lettuce and fresh tomatoes, Mmmph! Delish coffee drinks and baked goods from scratch. Oh, and the staff are all wonderful and delightful. Go here! Monday to Saturday til 3p.

Nice people on staff an owner. Great coffee drinks and sandwiches are tasty too. Real quaint little place. Comfortable atmosphere. Prices are reasonable also. Recomend to stop by and check it out!

The Blue Sky Bistro is truly a local business. It is owned and operated by the son of the folks who lived in the converted country home before it was designated as a commercial location. The remodel is crisp and clean with accents like lacquered wood beams and ceramic art hanging on the wall. Coffee drinks at the Bistro rival the quality of the franchised cafe competition while sandwiches and wraps are fresh and tasty. The vegetarian options are currently limited but they are delicious!

I love this place! The staff is so cool, friendly and laid back vibe. Sandwiches are great, prices are fair and reasonable. I hope this place is around a long time. They really go for the extra effort for the customers. My only complaint was that I didn't know it had been here for over a year, I would have been in atleast once a week. Just what pearblossom needed! Thanks!

Great experience real friendly atmosphere clean place. Food was excellent one of the best breakfast burritos I've ever had. Service was great. Try to make it there every week end.

Food is Always Fresh. Great Service. Fair Prices. Can't get a better meal then what you get here in this area. Just started found Hamburgers, got one today and just like everything else fresh and excellent. Good job Dave, Josh and Cassie. We needed a place like this.💖💓💕 lovin it.....

Very nice Bistro. Everyones very friendly. Clean inside very comfortable to sit inside and eat. Food was great! Moist & favorful sandwiches and very good salads. Glad to have them in our little town looking forward to trying their specialty drinks and coffees. Wish I would have tried them out sooner!

Love everything I've tried so far, my favorite is the pastrami burger! Great people, awesome service. I would give them 10 stars if i could.

Great spot in town to eat for breakfast and lunch! All the veggies on my sandwich were fresh and got my food quick. The bistro is nicely set up and very clean.

I'm a local to the area and this is by far the best addition to our little community. It's a cozy place that serves good coffee and a big sandwich. I'd recommend getting the outlaw melt or the Italian.

Best coffee, sandwiches, burgers, onion rings, and fried pickles around. Everything is always fresh and of great quality. We love the food and the people. Try it, you won't regret it.
