George's Cafe

First off this place has the best wait staff, patient and kind. The home made soup is another food group altogether! Wow. Prime Rib was delicious and perfect. Pot Roast is great. I will be back to try the Friday Fish Fry.

Staff were pleasant. The food was great. We will definitely return. The only problem we encountered was the wait time for attention. There were three wait staff with two occupied tables when we arrived (4 at one, 2 at another). We waited 15 minutes for ANY assistance once we were seated. Two staff members were chatting it up at the counter. One girl was working the floor. Come to find out, one of the two ignoring us, and who walked right past our table without so much as a glance, was a manager. She came and went from the office three times. Still, we sat with no beverage, no service, and our menus down. Once the service started, the young lady was pleasant and helpful.

Ann, our spectacular waitress was super fast, personable, and very kind. Her humor was right up our alley. I asked for special treatment on my hash browns, and she was more than happy to accommodate me. Deep fried for the super Krispy experience. I asked for more jalapeños than normal, and she had the chef put them inside and out of my wonderful veggie omelet. The hot coffee was in abundance, along with plenty of extras for me to make it just how I like. This little place is a diamond in the rough for sure.

Had a couple of relatives in town so we took them to George’s cafe for lunch.
I had a club sandwich and everyone else got salads…..Greek Salads, Grilled Chicken Salad and a Cesar chicken salad. All the food was excellent and our service was fantastic. There was only one lady taking cate of serving all the tables but they weren’t busy and she had a great sense of humor and she did a great job! I would definitely recommend eating at George’s cafe, I’ve never had a bad meal or bad service at this restaurant.

Hey look, I gave George's a 5 because the atmosphere is what to expect with having the Cafe in the bowling alley. But there ain't not'ing wrong and the art work is generally our table talk. We love the place and the waitresses.

Consistently a quality experience. Tasty food and lots of it. Friendly staff. Good prices. The razzleberry pie is delicious. And the coconut shrimp dinner is a winner. Budget friendly for a home style meal that is cooked for you.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious. I got the Greek omelette and my wife got the Greek skillet. Food had so much flavor and the gyro meat was very tender.

The restaurant in the Bell recreation center in Sun City has excellent food, a very extensive menu, outstanding service and great prices for a large entree.

Did not realize that this was located just down the road from me. Server was super friendly and it was excellent chicken fried steak and eggs

Out of town guest wanted walleye. We were warmly greeted by TRINA who recommended the walleye sandwich. PERFECT CHOICE.
2 LARGE MOIST FILLETS SKILLFULLY COOKED BY MARK.

Georges cafe is located in the middle of an incredible facility to say the least.

Wish they served alcohol! Sun Lakes, AZ restaurants do and it's another great venue to bring the community together.

I love to bring my clients here it is a comfortable environment for the senior community the staff are super friendly the food is delicious reminds me of diners back in New York.

Really come to love this place , usually have the same cook and he is good, tasty food and the staff are as friendly as can be, even if there a staff over from i guess there other restaurant, all the staff are very nice. I know we come here whenever we come and visit my father in law. On top of that they are inside a great little like rec building.

I highly recommend the residents of Sun City to definitely visit the restaurant, nice servers and delicious snacks await you at an affordable price!!!

We discovered George's Cafe after Memo's in Sun City West tanked. You don't have to be a Sun City member to go to George's. It's just like a normal restaurant, except you have a view of the bowling lanes. The food is great, the service staff are professional and it's not expensive. It's nicely decorated and comfortable. We are quite happy with our discovery and we like to explore the little shops in Sun City.

Both of his places are inside bowling alleys, so you can hear noise, but it's minimal. Our service was great, the server was friendly and the food was good and at a reasonable price.

Very nice hostess/server. Breakfast was delicious, Eggs Benedict were cooked perfectly.

Got the Prime Rib after passing the sign a 100 times, very good, I love the retro feel and the attached bowling ally never seen that being from New England and very clean

We had a great breakfast, and the service was quick, and very friendly!

This is inside the Lakeview Bowling. We luv luv luv their fried Walleye. Breading is very light. Not that heavy stuff. Fish portions were healthy... no scrimping. Good coleslaw. Fries are nice & crisp. Baked potato is truly baked with crisp skin. Salad was nice & cold. Not fancy, lettuces, finely diced tomatoes, nicely cut cucumbers. Service was terrific. Kept our ice teas full without bugging us. We have had their breakfasts. Good gravy. Sandwiches are good. Liver & onions was nice & tender. Not over cooked or dry. Ya can't go wrong with their prices either.
