Nice Lowes. Helpful staff and a great garden center. The only downsides I experienced was that they only had one of the checkout lines open in the garden center, and it was busy and backed upped. I looked for a couple of odd items and they had then both. Very satisfied.

Peoria Lowes is my go to garden store, my interior design store, my tool store and more. They are very friendly and helpful.

It was a very quick and efficient trip, i knew what I wanted, Lowe's had it in stock and the sale was quickly completedy. Only disappointent was the
delivery wait. I bought on Wednesday, the delivery is not scheduled until Monday. They offered Sunday but could not offer afternoon delivery.

This store is the second most frequent Lowes store I shop at. There is a very friendly and knowledgeable sales associate in the appliances section that helped me on a number of occasions. His name is Abu and I highly recommend him.

Melinda and Noami were very helpful in assisting us in placing an online order. We were getting an order error when trying to change the shipping address. With their help we got the order placed.

When we can't find an employee walking around, the person watching the register calls someone for us. We've always found what we needed and prefer this place over home depot.

I really like the Lowe's in Peoria Az. Their customer service and knowledge on plants are exceptional, they are more helpful than the Lowe's in Suprise Az. Customer service in Suprise has a "your bothering attitude" I highly recommend Lowe's in Peoria.

I had a real good experience in this store. I was getting spray paint and the employee was very nice and helpful. They didn't act like it was an inconvenience to open up the spray paint cage for me I thought that was really good customer service. Also got some great deals on some clearance paint. This store is better than the one close to my house

I used to be a big Home Depot fan but since the great pandemic, Lowes seems to have come out of it the best. At least comparing this one against the one on W Peoria Ave and the 101. Neither store has the staff it used to have but such is post covid life.

We had a very helpful man help us find filters for my son's Shop-Vac, thank you very much!

I like heading to lowes to check out their awesome garden section. Always has lots of succulents to choose from. I always check out the clearance section to try and snag a deal on some sweet plants. Usually they have stuff from $1 and up. They have clearance in the indoor section as well as the outdoor section.
The garden center workers are usually pretty knowledgeable and can answer questions and give tips on planting and maintaining your landscape.

After leaving Home Depot unsatisfied with their customer service and selection we went to Lowes. Abu in appliances is amazing. Not only did he greet us promptly we actually walked out with new washer and dryer in less time than that other place noticed us. Abu was friendly, courteous and a all around nice guy. Thanks to Abu, Lowes will be our first home improvement store!

Lows is a great place with everything home depot has so it all comes down to customer service. Lows has a great staff ready to help. They also have military discounts linked to your phone # so use it! Saves a lot.

Excellent customer service as I have come to expect from Lowes. As a former customer of their rival across the street, I will only come to Lowes now. I needed help rekeying some locks and the gentleman who normally does that for the store had a family issue and was not in. But another associate was helpful and explained that I could wait an hour or so for the other employee or he explained how the Kwikset locks work for rekeying with the Smart Key. He was super helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

The store was very clean, well stocked, and employees who act like they want to be there. Overall, I couldn't ask for better service!

Went in for a few electrical supplies. Loved looking at the seasonal things. Was helped by several employees.

Looking for indoor house plants the retail clerk In that department was very helpful, And gave good advice on the plants.

Super awesome! They helped me rekey some locks I was buying. And they did this for free. The people were nice as well.

Bought a refrigerator from Abu, best customer service both on the phone and in person. All employees were friendly and greeted us ( this was on 5/5 approx 7:30pm). In the future I will continue to go to this store.
