It's a pure pleasure to find a sparkling clean restaurant. It's a big plus that the people are friendly, they heed your requests and the food is hot and fresh. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Well done folks!

I love going to McDonald's in Valdese. The food is always hot. The service is fast and the staff is always friendly. Also love using the app.

Picked up takeout order. The person who took my order was especially nice and POLITE! Sometimes it is difficult to deal with people through a drive up speaker and get orders correct. He does a great job - sorry I do not know his name!

10/18/22 at 10:30pm I drove up to the drive threw. Treated with kindness. The night time manager is really good and happy to help. Tonight it was a pleasure to go after work. I just wanted her to know I greatly appreciate her service. All tho I may not know her name... She had shorter reddish colored hair and was wearing a manager uniform. She TRULY made my night. So thank you for everything after a hard days of work I appreciate you.! 💜💜💜

The employees were so nice! I ordered my favorite Strawberry Milkshake, it was so yummy and no other restaurant does the best chicken nuggets like McDonald's

Just passing through the area, and when it's time for coffee I always look for McD's!
This location was easy off and on interstate, the coffee was fresh and the facility was clean.

They are very, very nice and polite... Their night crew is awesome...food always hot and fresh. My friend was able to leave her car there most of the night without complications, when it broke down... And assured her "it was safe on camera" until it could be removed...its always a pleasure to do business in McDonald's of Valdese

Best service of all the local mcds I visit !! I go out of my way to come to this McDonald's !! Way to Go managers you are doing a great job hiring, training and give exceptional service ! They are the only one that gets my order correct in the correct cup and not keeping what iv paid for. I order Large Caramel Frappe with extra espresso and whipped topping. If it's in a regular L cup then they are screwing me!! It always comes in the next size up cup here and it tastes perfect

The drive through cashier was very nice polite and courtesy with quick service it was excellent service.i give them five stars .for great service n my order was correct.

Drive through was fast and accurate even at the busiest time of day. I usually get a carmal frappa.

Always new items to their menu. Coupons sent in my mail. Always see friends there. Fastest service. Food always hot, prepared with any changes you have requested. Great place to eat when you have last minute plans.

Went to the drive-thru it was pretty fast the staff was awesome and very polite and the food was on point they always have something new there.

McDonald's in Valdese, NC was great, big long line got through it fairly quick though. Order was on point, didn't forget anything like most places do when they are that busy, thumbs up!

McDonald's has always been one of my favorite fast food restaurants. The bugers are good the French fries are my favorite. I always order them with no salt. I do this for A few reasons. 1 I don't like much salt anyway . And 2 if you order the fries with no salt they will have to be fixed fresh for you and this is the only way to do it. McDonald's fries are great anyway but if you can get them right out of the fryer nothing any better than that. My favorite meal to order is french fries with no salt and chicken McNuggets . If I (you) just want something for your sweet tooth ask for a half chocolate half vanilla shake. Mixing the two together gives it an entirely different taste
