Not only were they very professional and even though everyone is in the business of making money, I think the manager realized that my friend did not have a lot of money to spend, she helped her with all the discounts and advice that she could give. It's the first time I had ever been in there to the store considering that I am a hardcore Verizon customer. I believe in giving honor where it's due. I wish I knew the manager's name I would mention in here. Anyway great place to do business at.

After leaving the Verizon store in our home town we went straight to this store. We had heard such wonderful things about Cricket and we just knew this is the service we wanted. The experience here was beyond our expectations. Stephanie not only treated with compassion, she went above and told us the steps to keep our own numbers. We are so thankful for her!!! She was AH-MAZING!! If we could give Stephanie a 10 star rating, we would in a heartbeat!! Cricket should be super proud to have such wonderful employees at that store.
