The Lowe's store in China Hills offers many of the same amenities you might find at any other chain hardware supplies store. This store is very clean as are all Lowe's stores I've entered in southern California. I came in after having no trouble finding parking for my van, to purchase a gallon of Ceiling paint in Swiss Coffee flat sheen. Clearly the young man working the paint department was a new employee. It took him alot longer to fill my single gallon order. But he didnt give up and asked the right questions with help from his fellow workers.

Unlike Home Depot...this place actually has sales representatives walking around to help assist customers. This is my new favorite place to get household stuff.

Easy returns with proof of purchase and unlimited supplies for your home and garden are my top reasons for always looking around at Lowe’s.

Knowledgeable crew will not just tell you where your request is located but sometimes, like in yesterdays, they’ll escort you there.

We want to thank Greg, our Cabinet specialist for his outstanding expertise and customer service. We had our kitchen remolded as well as our master bath. From the start he walked us through with patience and sound recommendations. Yet he made sure that this kitchen and master bath portrayed our very own choice of style Greg has definitely gone above and beyond. We truly appreciate and are completely satisfied with all his efforts.
In addition Maria in the tile and flooring department was exceptional in helping us to choose the tile to highlight our new master bath. Thank you both - I wish I had more rooms to remodel!!

Now when I tell you I have had an amazing shopping experience, I mean it. I went to this Lowe’s to buy a brand new garden hose and the cashier, Victor, was the most helpful man I could’ve met. I would die for him as he was very helpful with explaining the different products available and even introducing me to the Lowe’s credit card. Now I’m not one to sign up for any credit card offered to me, but when I tell you Victor explained all the benefits perfectly and I was sold. Victor felt like such a genuine guy, I could tell that this man would stop at nothing to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If I could I would give Victor an 11 star rating alone and I will definitely be shopping at this location. I don’t think I will ever have such an amazing experience as I have had today. Thank you Victor, you are a God amongst men.

The Greg was incredible. His designing ideas were far superior than anyone else.

Received outstanding customer service today. Went to Home Depot that was in the vicinity and was disrespected by workers that rather dance around the aisles and chitchat and brush off buying customers than work. Decided to come to this Lowes and best decision ever. Greeted upon walking in and asked if we needed help. Got us exactly what we needed. Cashier was amazingly kind. Such relief and a good way to rinse the bad taste Home Depot left in my mouth

I always have great experience with this Lowe's. From customer service to employees on the floor. They're welcoming and helpful. Products are in stock (I normally checked online before head to the store), neatly arranged, labeled, easy to find. Love its garden center. So many flowers, vegetables, herbs to choose besides mulch and garden soil. They offer to load to your car if they think you need help. Last, but not least, they give 10% military discounts across the board. What's not to love?

The customer service is super nice and friendly with people willing to help. The wood department has so many options for all projects. They have a lot of flat wood options for artists. The paint department has plenty of paint samples and the employees can make a custom paint color as well. I do not know much about construction or building things but, the employees help a lot.

Loves this lowes location very clean and employees are super helpful and polite. Love how they have everything so organized and easy to find. The employees also helpful in loading your car if you need help.

Good place to find all of your garden needs.

Lowe's was a nice place to be tonight. It was quiet, clean and easy to get around. It wasn't crowded and everyone had their mask in place. We were able to browse and find what we needed. An employee was very helpful to us.

Came here for a grill, left with garden supplies, grilling accessories, bathroom supplies, Tools, they have everything I needed and more. Store is always clean also in a quiet location, prices sometimes seems to be better than HD. Mask are required so don’t for get to bring one, they offered hand sanitizer at the entrance and exits, carts are always clean. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable of their departments I had a question about some plant and were I was thinking of placing them and they prepare me and fill me up with information to have my plants grow. Over all a nice store

I always have associates ask if I need help, easy to have purchases such as lumber or garden mulch loaded in my truck. I don't have to wait until someone answers a page. Highly recommend this over the other big box store.

All the employees we saw asked us if we need help finding something! That's the way you do business!! Great customer service!
