McDonald's

Fresh food every time, and it's always quick. The people are always really nice too. Especially the manager or owner, I'm not sure which, but he's an older gentleman. Always kind to my family and I. Great place to go.

Drive thru forgot my fries and comped me 2 large and a Big Mac for the inconvenience. 👍

When you have excellent service you have to say something!!! McDonald's this location is a diamond the in the rough. It was 20 min before close and my typical experience never is pleasant as I know it is close to close but tonight was refreshing. To have someone speak so kindly while I ordered and just went the extra mile meant the world. I would drive to that location if I lived closer. Added bonus is the ice cream machine was working!!

Every time I stop onto the McDonald's in Caledonia it's always service with a smile and friendly atmosphere and good food.

It's McDonald's, every American around knows the menu so I write a review not so much on taste but service and presentation, this place does it all well, they do everything in their power to keep drive-thru moving along and it does, the food is always hot and again, no sense mentioning taste, if you go there like millions do, You already know, so this location definitely does better than a lot of them, of course there are times when the line slows down and this can be for various reasons, but as a whole they keep things moving along, and that's usually quite important to us, exactly why they call it " fast-food

Love the sausage and cheese McMuffin and the bagel breakfast sandwiches are good as well

Food was hot and just the way we ordered it, tasted good, and wasn't a long wait for them to get us through the drive through.

Fish sandwich was really tasty.

My only complaint would be their speed but it pays off with the absolute best fries and hash browns from any McDonald's I've been to. Always super crunchy on the outside and nice and fluffy on the inside EVER SINGLE TIME. My favorite location by far.

#4c is delicious. I normally get take out before or after the gym. Just last Monday evening I got a free mc flurry just for making the cashier chuckle. What a great place to enjoy good food and giggles with the fam or friends.

This place gets your food to you on a timely fashion and the food is always so fresh and yummy. 12/10 would recommend on the basis of the food, but 14/10 would recommend on the basis of the friendly smiles; especially the kind Brandon. He always makes it his mission to make your visit one of the best possible.

Had some issues with my order...ordered a sweet tea, triple cheeseburger plain and a McChicken. They were out of sweet tea and the drive thru clerk said they were brewing more and I didn't want to be a pain so I just said give me a Coke...lol but he said they were brewing it. Had me pull up and came out right away saying since it might be 4-5 minutes that they added sugar packets and asked me if it was okay.
Well it tasted like regular unsweetened tea but man the effort he put in was fantastic and isn't usually seen often at fast food joints.
I said it tastes great...but when going down the road I opened the triple cheeseburger and took two bites thinking this doesn't seem right, it was dark so I turned my dome light on and saw two patties and 3 pieces of cheese, okay I can deal with that but was a bit bummed about paying for something and not getting it but I ate it on my way home then got to the McChicken which ended up being a cheeseburger with everything on it wrapped in a McChicken wrapper and I can't stand ketchup so that was tossed but I had to laugh at the whole thing.
I've worked retail before for years and know getting help ain't the easiest...I probably would've been really upset but the drive thru clerk really going above and beyond made it better.
I emailed McDonald's and about a week later Rich got ahold of me and apologized.
I told him the service was fantastic but whoever was on the grill that night needed to be watched a bit closer.
Very happy that someone reached out to me so I could go over the good and the bad I experienced that visit.

I went to McDonalds at 1:30 and was asked to wait for a McGriddle. I waited for nearly 15 minutes and when the employee came out to give us our food, she informed us that she threw in fries, four pies, a drink and an extra burger for or wait.
The gesture was so incredibly kind and thoughtful. They were super busy and they kept us a priority.

Very thankful they are open on the inside again!! Love the service ❤

Jen is literally the best! I love that girl. The foods good too but you can tell she honestly cares.

Def one of the better McDonald's I've been to. Food's always warm and ready in a timely manner. The staff is super friendly as well.

I feel like McDonalds is still an overall good place to grab and get grub on the go; my only issue is the cost of everything being so astronomical for even less food....

Location got a great make over inside and new staff that gets the job done right! Love the couch inside!
