Amber helped me out so much today! She spent almost 5 hours with us today helping me to get new phone up and running. She's amazing! Will definitely return.

Paul helped me decide on a phone plan to go along with my new Samsung phone! I've been using the phone all week and am very happy with the upgrade. Paul and the other staff were very patient as I had to transfer way more pictures on my phone than I realized. Pro tip: Visit on a Tuesday to avoid the crowded weekend lines.

Dylan provided excellent service in helping me with an issue with my son's phone. He was patient, extremely kind, and made the whole process very quick and painless. All businesses need more Dylan's!!

I needed an upgrade and kain got me a real good promotion that I couldn’t pass up!

I came in because my daughter was due for an update, and also because I had been having a very annoying and difficult to diagnose issue with my phone. I am pretty tech savvy and can usually fix most issues myself, but I wasnt having much luck with this one. Dylan helped me, and from the very start you could tell he was a professional. Just by watching him it was obvious that he was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. It only took him about 10 minutes to solve an issue I had been trying to fix for over a week. Afterwards he walked my daughter(who just turned 12) through the whole process of getting a new phone and did an amazing job of interacting with, and explaining everything to her, and really made her feel involved and in control of the whole process involving the selection of her new phone and accessories. Overall, it was one of the most if not THE most, enjoyable experiences/visits I have ever experienced at any store ever! Dylan was approachable, knowledgeable, friendly, extremely helpful, polite, and easy and fun to talk to and interact with. I wish every Verizon employee was like Dylan!
