The UPS Store

Today, Saturday Dec 16th, I went to the store to mail a couple packages and the two UPS staff working were absolutely lovely, patient and kind. While I waited in line, I observed three separate individuals be outwardly rude to these two young men just because there was a queue.

As we approach the holiday season, I wish people would be a little more understanding and kind to each other. I had a great experience and wanted to thank the staff for their help and hard work.

I love this store. Thank you so much to the staff who helped me in a time of crisis with several print jobs. I was in a huge rush to get paperwork in the mail to apply for an emergency passport. The manager and staff came through for me in a pinch and helped save the day. I will be taking all my business to this store in the future.

I love this place. Although they get super busy, the employees are awesome, professional, and understanding. I want to give a little shout out to a specific employee for outstanding customer service. Patrick, it's great to have you at this location. I sincerely appreciate your excellent customer service. I'm sure everyone does.

Patrick is a rockstar and this location is lucky to have him. My daughter and I came in to return some things from Amazon, and I obviously did not know quite what I was doing, but he was patient and walked me through the process. Happy, positive attitude, made a semi-stressful situation a breeze. Thanks Patrick!

We HAD to get some items shipped in Dripping Springs as we were leaving the country the next morning. We called the store and told them we were 5 minutes away and would arrive 2 minutes after closing. We asked if they would wait for us and they didn't hesitate. They SAVED our lives! We couldn't have been more grateful! What a breath of fresh air that customer service and good ole friendly local businesses are alive and well! Patrick ,Tommy and Janice you are THE BEST!

Absolutely love our UPS store. Whether it's shipping packages, making returns, or putting in a print job, the staff has always gone above and beyond. They recently helped with a huge print job for our school's Fall Festival, and I was so touched by their giveback to the community. Not to mention-- my kiddos love the sweet treats they leave out from time to time. Thank you!

As a resident for 7 years, I have never had an issue with this location or stellar staff. They work long hours and still manage to deliver wonderful costumer service. They have helped me with numerous projects and always email/respond rapidly to my requests. The staff is always so friendly. Appreciate what they do for our growing community.

I had to get fingerprinted for new employment and lets just say my fingers and the scanner didn’t like each other! It took SEVERAL attempts to capture my prints. I think it was more my issue than the scanner. Both the employees, a young man and a young lady were so patient with me. They got me lotion, hand sanitizer and anything to help me out. I will definitely use the location again. A stressful situation turned into some good laughs. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

I’ve been using this location for past three months and couldn’t be happier. Friendly and attentive staff, no mail mix-ups, and convenient service hours. Best mailbox experience this full time RV’er has had in 3 states over the past year!

Wow!! Is all I can say. I popped onto Google to check their hours and was shocked by all the 1 star reviews. It's here in town & convenient. Yeah!! They get busy, yes you have to wait in line from time to time but if all you yahoo's would have your QR codes ready, package up your items correctly and have the correct address I am sure you wouldn't have all the trouble you do. I have had wonderful experiences here. The employees work hard, especially during Covid, and have to deal with you and all the shipping rules & regs. I am gratefull to have a local shipping store and as with all things, if you are nice to them they are nice to you. So next time you go in smile and say thank you. After all, we all live in this world together, don't make it so difficult. :-) oh and ask for your receipt for proof of shipment/drop-off, it saves a lot of hassle.

I’ve been having my mail delivered at this UPS store for the past year and a half, and while it’s certainly not perfect, their customer service overall has been excellent! Particularly the manager of the store (I’m blanking on his name) consistently goes over and above to take care of their customers.

I could not have been more pleased with the service I received when I recently sent confidential documents to Canada. The service representative was knowledgeable, friendly and EXTREMELY patient with me. UPS will always be my choice for shipping from now on.

So for me, this place has become essential. It is the best place for printing and shipping needs in dripping Springs Haley and Patrick know me by a first name greet me with a friendly smile every time and they always know the fastest quickest smartest way to ship and print everything I need. I really love this place thank you guys and all the staff there cheers

I’ve been using a PO Box here for the past 3 months now, and every time, the staff exceed my expectations. We moved into a house on a brand new street, so the first time I picked up packages, there were 8 huge furniture boxes. They came out with the packages on a dolly and brought them to our suv with a smile. Now, they know my box number as soon as I walk in and I rarely have to tell what I’m there for. The music is relaxing, it’s organized and the staff is just above and beyond fantastic. I can’t say enough nice things about this location!

We've been using the services of this store for over 4 years now for both personal and business purposes. During their open hours the staff (including the owners) are focused, courteous like you only get in that small town Texas style, and effective at their roles in making your needs happen. We also do some of our shipping and mail through the U.S. Postal service and the UPS store is a stark and pleasant contrast to what I experience as "minimal contact approach" where you often feel that you are just another burden they'd rather not manage.

They also offer customer access after hours which we've used on occasion.

I needed a large amount of confidential documents scanned and Patrick made time to take care of it for me. Both employees in the store were friendly and the store was neatly kept. I will be using them again.

This store has always been so patient and friendly. Even during the holidays when people are short on time and temper the folks at the Dripping store are still smiling and taking the time with everyone. A very pleasant experience m!

I've been a customer here for over 10 years, through a few ownership changes. With very rare exceptions, they are courteous and helpful. I like it that I receive a text whenever I receive a package. It is a busy place and there is often a short line but they work quickly to serve everybody. This store is indispensable to my business needs.

The guy working Dec 14th at 10am was AWESOME. Management has this guy solo during the Christmas rush. The line was 10 people deep and he efficiently and accurately multitasked to make the best of his situation as possible. He was friendly in the process and made regular eye contact will all in line / made conversation to help all stay relaxed. This guy could and should be running the place. Well done!
