Excellent smoothies and fantastic service! I went the second day they opened in Ashland, KY, and was happily greeted by an energetic and knowledgeable staff. They were able to make suggestions and packaged my takeout order so nicely that it never spilled. I recommend both the blueberry bliss and the sunrise sunset. Bonus: The smoothies actually stay cold and keep their consistency for several hours! We were traveling and moved them frequently from cup holders to a cooler, and they remained delicious. 😋

Delicious and healthy! Friendly owner and staff! Food that's fun to eat! I ate half the Green Dream Smoothie Bowl before I remembered to take a picture. But it's fresh, filling and delicious.

I love it. I love it so much. What a great business and food option to have in town! I like that the food and drinks can be customized (substitute/remove ingredients) to how you want or need them to be. It's pricey but fair for what you get. The mobile app is easy to use and earn rewards so I'd encourage getting the app if you're planning to be a frequent customer.

It’s nice to finally have a fresh and healthy option! The smoothies are incredible— you can tell the ingredients are fresh unlike most smoothie places. The customer service is top notch. I’ll be back every time I’m in town!

Ashland has really needed a healthy option, and it’s close to the gym. The smoothies we have tried when in town are all amazing. This is always at least a 1 time stop, if not more, when we’re in Ashland! Of the smoothie shops we have tried, Tropical Smoothie Cafe is hands down the best for flavor.

Great service. Busy but that means they are great. One lady behind counter and she was BUSY. Never once did I feel rushed or harassed!

So glad we finally have a healthier option in our area. Service was quick, smoothies are at a great price point compared to Smoothie King. Staff was friendly and their flatbreads are also delicious!

I’ve been waiting for this place to open for months since I seen them start building it. Today I finally had time to stop in and I was not disappointed. I first walked in and was greeted by all the employees. The lady at the register was busy with someone else so I waited patiently. As I was waiting I seen one employee ask to speak to another on the side, the first words I heard were “hey I’m sorry if I hurt your feelings.” When I heard that I smiled and tuned out the rest of the convo because it wasn’t my business, but I was so impressed by the maturity of the two employees. It made my day. I got my two smoothies and they were delicious. Just a small bit of constructive criticism, my smoothie was missing about 3 inches at the top, I wasn’t bothered but I do know someone else could’ve been if they aren’t as understanding. Can’t wait to go back! Thank you for bringing a healthy alternative to this area!!!

Ashland needed a healthy food option. Excellent flavor and a fair price. I paid $10.26 for a smoothie and a wrap that were fresh made with real ingredients. Super friendly and helpful staff. Owner is a great guy. Not Herbalife.

Love this place!! The peanut butter cup smoothie and the Açaí smoothie!!! Oh and the jalapeno corn!!!!!!! Everything I have had has been good!!!

Tried the Island Green with strawberry and it was incredible. It is so refreshing to have a healthier option in our area. Can't wait to try the other smoothies they have to offer.

It’s a breath of fresh air to finally get a store that’s not a gas station, car wash, credit union or alcohol store. Just got two smoothies and are coming back after dinner for more with the rest of my family. Great food and fantastic service. This place better be here to stay bc we love it!!
