Wendy's

I don't do reviews very often, but definitely wanted to put one for here! I go through this location pretty often after work. I always have a fairly big order.
And every time I have went through there My food has always been correct and the staff has always been friendly. Even if I have had to make changes last minute, they are always friendly and accommodate. And still get the order correct. The food is always fresh and good as well! This is by far our favorite wendy's location!

I absolutely love Wendy's the food is awesome it's fresh not like McDonald's or Burger King they have treated me so rudely and pushed me away where I have made Wendy's my home base place to eat. The staff is pretty much all new and they always get new new new new new all the time but they're friendly they fun and they're hard workers they need to get credit. The people there are amazing the drive thru poker are very sweet kinda and generous I think her name was Madison she was a great pleasure talking to her very sweet kinda hearted person I never really do reviews but Wendy’s beside Kroger is amazing

The curly-haired guy at the drive-thru was very sweet and cute lol we had to redo our order and he was very understanding

This location has consistently performed well for literally decades and made the inclusion of app ordering with similar ease. My only complaint is with the app itself which has nothing to do with this location of course. I keep forgetting to take photos, I'm too busy eating each time XD

Actually didn't know what stars to pick.
Went to purchase gift cards and it took 3 employees to complete the task. But I noticed they were able to navigate their phones with ease.
Also a vanilla Frosty was ordered only to find out that it as well as the new flavor were unavailable. Settled for chocolate. Wish the machine behind the counter was in use, but it was disassembled.

Used to work here and the work environment is just so perfect everyone is so nice patient and just amazing 👏 and I absolutely love there food it's amazing ❤

Got a $ 6.00 Biggie Bag 🎒 💪 👌 plenty of food. Chicken 🐔 Sandwich was especially good.

This was a very good experience! They all complied with COVID-19 regulations and were extremely nice! They brought our orders (4) to us in a bag along with our drinks, as they are not allowing the use of anything self serve. The food was hot and there was more than enough of all condiments requested. I was really impressed at the way they functioned like a team. Job well done!

Night management was great I think his name was Austin.

Greeted by a very friendly cashier who assisted when I had misread a coupon I brought in and replaced it with a code he had to make up the difference. I have never had poor service at this location and the food is always hot and delicious.

I have been there a couple times and I have nothing negative to say. The workers are always polite and not the kind of I have to be to get my pay check kind of polite. The food is always fresh and the lemonade is really good also.

Very fast service. The cashier was wonderful. I think her name was Hattie. She also walked around the dinning room and asked everyone how things were and if she could help. She was always smiling while we were the. What a wonderful place with great customer service. Thank y'all so much.

Hubby had #1 with extra lettuce and onions and no pickles. I had #1 with no pickles and lettuce. Each had a small chilli and fries. Mine didn't have onion, but I wanted onions. Everything else was good, place was nice and clean, wasn't crowded at all.

Great food! Fast, friendly service! Highly recommend their mobile app for ordering ahead and rewards program!

This location is wonderful. Still had the meal I like on the menu. Everyone was so nice. An older lady was dining as well. She needed help opening some of her salad things and the workers had no problem helping her. Will go back to this location again.

Had a incredible trainee at the window. She was prompt, and on it. There was a man in front of me that was rude to her bc she ask him if he still wanted something, atleast she she wanted to make sure

Love the food, just slow sometimes and y'all really need to check the food before sending it out the window, instead of trying to be in a rush ( when you've been slow as a damn snail the entire time anyway !! ) Take the extra, 30 seconds to check the bags, PLEASE!! 🙄
