My recent experience with State and Liberty, especially with Erin from their Greenwich, CT store, was fantastic! Even though I'm in California, Erin's been incredibly responsive and helpful via text, making the distance feel like no big deal. She really knows her stuff and guided me through finding the perfect suit jacket for my husband, who's always struggled to find the right fit.

Despite the distance, Erin made the whole fitting process smooth sailing. And let me tell you, the suit jacket's quality? Top-notch. You can tell they put care into every detail.

I recently discovered the Greenwich Store. To date I had only shopped online.
I was greeted and taken care of by Erin and Noah. I have often been credited with saying "customer service is dead in America". Being a small business owner myself, I set myself apart with my attention to detail and customer service. Nit counting every dollar, but trying to develop and long-term relationship.
I found that Erin amd Noah have been trained in that very same fashion. They showed me that at State and Liberty Greenwich, customer service is Top Priority.
This was an amazing discovery. Right in my back yard. Ko Moreno line shopping for State and Liberty items. I will stop in and make my purchases directly.

Awesome team, great quality clothing, and excellent customer service. My fiancé and I are working closely with the Greenwich branch for our large bridal party and the staff has been amazing, attentive, and efficient. We are so glad they put a S&L in Greenwich!
