Dunkin'

This Dunkin is by far much better than the newer one in Elizabethton. Much better customer service- very nice and welcoming unlike the other location. The drink I get every single day tasted so much better here, never realized just how bad the other location was! No sugar at the bottom and the drink was actually mixed! We will definitely make this our location of choice from this point on!! The difference is night and day!

My daughter and I went in there and got some food and I had to have an ice coffee. Monica done an amazing job!! It was perfect!

Got a gallon of tea before heading to Pigeon Forge, because the prices there are not the same as my home town.
Best sweet tea around. 1 gallon is 4.38 tax included. They also gave me cups, straws and lids.

This Dunkin' location is always super busy! However, anytime I've ever gone they've always gotten me through the line and with my order super fast. Also, really friendly service.

Out of town last second stop. I am going to be honest I am not a DD fan; but I did get their midnight coffee which was really good. I also grabbed a grilled cheese with sun dried tomatoes and pesto sauce and the sandwich far exceeded my expectations. The lady working the counter was super nice. Much better than I was expecting.

I stop here every time I'm headed to town. Great staff and they always do a great job!

I love this DD the staff are always very polite, and my drinks are always made to perfection, Laura is always a delight when I come in, she's always, very helpful when I don't know what kind of drink to get. Lol. She's super sweet to my daughter, my daughter loves her. She gets a smile every time she's working. GREAT JOB LAURA AND THE HAMPTON DUNKIN CREW!!!

This is BY FAR my favorite Dunkin in the world. When i order my usual, Large Iced Mocha Liquid Sugar, they know EXACTLY what I'm getting. They don't have to ask me, "is that a coffee?" 😒

Today is 03-07-22... Does anyone know WHY they're closed?? Been closed since Friday afternoon. Hi it's 5-18-22 wanted to update. This Duncan store is awesome! I have stage 4 bone cancer-I crave the mocha swirl coffee-3cream 3 liquid sugar. My husband goes bout everyday and gets me coffee. The girls get it ready they know him and what he orders. That's a 5+ in my book....the store is always clean. My favorite doughnut is Boston cream.... Hope this helps. Great place!!!!💛💛

The Dunkin donuts is a great place there coffee and donuts are a great and staff are wonderful.

I have the most pleasant visit at this location and they had the most glazed I seen on donuts and donut holes and ended up buying a bunch but I did not intend to buy... even had the opportunity to speak to the manager Christina Hughes and just want to give a shout out that she's doing an amazing job... maybe she should be a training manager for the locations in Knoxville

They always get the order right. Parking can be a little hectic sometimes. Fast and mobile orders are always ready

I enjoy Dunkin donuts specially for their coffee drinks but the price of such rare offerings are steep.

Donuts were very good. Employee at the register was very nice and patient with us. I definitely would recommend.
