Rebecca was phenomenal! She made me feel very welcome and supported in my endeavors in dealing with important paperwork and getting them copied and faxed. A hard time with personal family matters was made just that much easier by her great customer service. It's my favorite location.

Rebecca is so kind and sweet and goes out of her way to be helpful and friendly. I drive to the opposite end of town just to come to this store!

Each person at this store went above and beyond for a last minute order. If you want something done quick and professionally. Do not go to another store. They are legit. :)

Clara and Rebecca were absolutely phenomenal in helping me go from completely unorganized with a bunch of unpackaged items to three pristine boxes packed and shipped just in time for birthdays. Thanks again for your patience, kindness, and knowledge of products.

This store has always been fast and efficient with my Amazon returns.

-----------> NOTE: Weird though that last week (11/22/2022) I went there and the store was just GONE. The interior of the space was completely gutted and the doors locked. No notice, no signs, nada. <----------

Friendly and efficient staff. Went to drop off a modem for AT&T. I forgot who helped me but he made sure to tell me to keep my receipt as long as possible. This is due to AT&T may contact you wanting proof you dropped it off. I'll definitely go here again if I need anything shipping wise.

First of all, I really appreciate their fantastic customer service. It's second to none. Second, they ALWAYS seem to have the cheapest copy prices. Last but not least, they make great banners! I needed a banner made last minute for an event. They had a quick turn around time, and it looked great! This is definitely my go to spot for any shipping or printing.

I trust the folks at the 31st store with my special events posters each year and they always do an outstanding job! From working with my ordering needs to the quality of the print and the timeliness of getting the order done, I couldn't be happier with their service and final product. Thanks to them!

Loved the customer service I got here! Very friendly staff and quick turnaround on projects. They have a lot of sales on what I think is already the cheapest copies and prints in town too! If I need any shipping or printing stuff done I have a new favorite place to go!

Alex was super helpful with my Amazon return. Take your print and office business here too, whenever you have an Amazon return.

Never once had an issue here. Not sure what those other people are talking about. Anytime I had a lost package was because I had the wrong address or said it incorrectly.

Quick service, Quality prints. Great pricing. I'll be moving my PO Box here as well. PO wont sign for any shipments. UPS Store does!!

Always helpful. Even when something goes wrong (which this year everything seems to go wrong lol), they are always there to try and get things fixed as quickly as possible.
