Most friendly parts people I've ever met. They truly know what they're doing and they'll do everything in their power to get you the correct parts. It's nice to see such dedicated people working there.

They have or can get my parts the same day

Everyone here is so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They all go above and beyond. The folks are Auto Zone down the road treated me like a nuisance and were all busy talking amongst themselves, and didn't know anything. People at this O'Reilly's are always happy to help.

Jason was so helpful. He checked the fluids in my car and put them in. I went to get power steering fluid and check my engine light. He noticed that my coolant was low and filled it for me too. All of the staff are very helpful!

Lynnette, at the Duquoin IL. store, should be your go to parts professional. She has went well above and beyond to help me. Her willingness to help is worth it's weight in gold. Highly recommend her and the Duquoin store. There's another gal in that store named Hannah. She too is great to work with. Both these ladies know their stuff.

Had to replace a serpentine belt nothing worse than vehicle troubles in an unfamiliar area and it was painful to get on to say the least I highly recommend Travis not only was he helpful in the store he was really helpful outside couldn't of done it without him we offered to tip him for the extra help he wouldn't take it said he was glad to help then gave us 4 waters he was a lifesaver thank you again Travis

I would like to say that all the Riley's is nice friendly and they will sell you the right part that you are asking for and Dave have just great people working there for them and it's a blessing to go and be held by them I would recommend it to all my family friends and neighbors to go to O'Reilly's I would drive them there to pick up the part in
