Starbucks

Previously going here has been hectic,and unsatisfactory. Recently, the service has improved, cleaner store and friendlier staff. Manager Alexis, has been informational, seems to know what she is doing and the drinks she has offered as a must try are GREAT! I plan to return more often. Keep up the great work

These ladies are absolutely amazing!! They offered amazing ideas!!! Must visit! Katie and Corrina were wonderful helping me decide what to get and she was not wrong!

Great service, very fast & helpful staff. Good stop just off main lobby. Lots of online deals, make this a regular stop.

SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT!! The baristas, Katie and Cassidy were very helpful and smiling the whole time. Very efficient and extremely courteous. They even made me an awesome Pumpkin Keto drink that was delicious! Thank you!! The experience was very good.

I would give 5 stars if other people that worked here could make my drink correctly. I get the same thing, 3 times a week. The only person who is able to make it correctly and read the labels is Corrina. She is the best and seems to work more than most.
It’s pretty upsetting to walk up and down 4 floors to a disappointing $7.50 drink.

Everything I ordered was incorrect.

I ordered Mango Dragon fruit Lemonade and they sent me a plain Lemonade. I hope someone reads these reviews because I can't get anyone to answer the phones.
Carmel Machiatto with an extra shot was made wrong and tasted terrible.
I order the same thing atleast 2xs athis week and both times they sent me plain Lemonade.

My family and I are at the hospital unfortunately spending the last days with my grandmother and the male that works here is not friendly at all. Given the fact that this store is located in a hospital you’d think that he would be a little friendly because you never know peoples reasons for being here. But he is by far the rudest employee I have ever come in contact with at Starbucks. Hopefully he starts realizing that being nice for the 2 minute interaction he has with people could completely change someone’s day. I hope he reads this and does better. The young lady working is very attentive and friendly thank you for always having a smile on your face, we appreciate you!
