Wendy's

I have frequented this Wendy's location many times. Food is fresh and hot. The staff - when dining in - has always been pleasant and friendly The bathroom was tidy and clean. Today my son wanted fries. I'm going to recommend the Downtown Wyandotte Wendy's over the other local Wendy's locations. This is based on experience. They are better in all areas.

The people are very nice. It seems that there is always a manager there. I don't see very much horsing around. It is the only fast food restaurant I go to. Unless there is not one in the area. In that case, I don't get fast food. I will look for a nice sit down restaurant.

So I stay in my vehicle because in long story short I give my mom all my money from my paychecks. The officers told me that I couldn't sleep in the parking lot of the bar down the street. The two gentlemen working the night shift not only took my order. I walked there from my car because the cop that was originally asking me to move my car that was I guess not parked in a parking spot.. He thought I was drunk. He made me park my car there for the next couple hours. So I walked to the drive-thru. Usually they (all fast food restaurants) won't allow you to walk through the drive-thru. Usually you have to go in the dining room, you know. But not only did they take my order they said that they were going to leave a note for the opening shift managers. That I would be parking in the parking lot until morning so that the cops weren't bothering me. And they also included a couple extra items because they were genuinely concerned about my well-being. I was a mortgage banker for Quicken Loans when I was around 21. I'm now 30 and I have traveled Coast to Coast for work as a millwright. Visited fancy hotels, dealt with professionals etc. and that was the best show of customer service I have ever seen. Hats off! I love Wendy's and those young men take pride in their job. Exceptional. Thank You guys!

On February 2nd The Night Stuff Was Very Nice An Very Helpful. The Food Was Hot An Very Fresh An Good. My Autistic Son Was Very Happy. My Son Is Very Picky Where He Eats An How His Food Is. One Very Happy Kid. Shout Out To Your Night Crew. My Family Be Back.

They stopped grilling chicken for sandwiches. Food was cold. Service was rude and very slow. One of the doors is broken and was rude when I suggested a sign. A couple of people tried the door and left because it was locked. This used to be a very nice place.

Went there for breakfast this morning, friendly smiling faces, awesome staff and fantastic breakfast sandwiches. We found our new favorite!! They were very apologetic about the wait time for fresh biscuits, I didn’t mind, it was worth it! (The complimentary cookies were great too!) thank you!!

So this Wendy's was busy!! Lunch time in Wyandotte, lots of doctors offices, etc.
My order taker was sweet! My order was prompt despite the busy time frame!
My Southwest Avocado Chicken salad was the BEST I have ever had at any Wendy's location!! This salad is my favorite and I get it several times a month, but I have never been to the Wyandotte location!!

Good hot food.The worker I dealt with was amazing. Older woman not one of the dead eyed lost teens. Quick and friendly service and fresh hot fries. I went thru drive thru. But what made me sick is a woman in front of me spent 10mins ordering everything off the menu,making cars pile up behind her,raked up an over $20bill which for mcdonalds is alot,then DROVE OFF! ON PURPOSE! A grown ass woman! So I tell the lady at the window and of course they started making all that food,now wasted even tho I end up with a few free drinks. Such ignorance! Apparently according to the worker, it happens all the time there! Ordering and driving off by grown folks in Wyandotte! Not DETROIT! Freaking disgusting. But the worker like I said was great!

The manager on shift s so nice to me, I had a bad experience with another manager named ken, and he was rude and made me very angry concerning a order I had.... But when I came in today and spoke to someone about what had happened, she....sukie, was nice and professional. I honestly would not be going back if it wasn't for her.

Some of the best tasting and we'll made Wendy's out there. Just make sure you get there early because they run out of their perfectly made baked potatoes nearly every time I go for lunch.

I got the double burger with the bacon jalapeno whatever cheese they put on it and it was the most awful tasting cheeseburger jalapeno I ever ate very dissatisfied special for the money you paid for it. So if you plan on eating there and I would think a little bit about that.

Allen was the best! DoorDash driver forgot my sandwich and he made sure i got my order. And gave me an extra for the inconvenience. Straight g

I can say with honesty this is the best Wendy's I've ever been to I come everyday for lunch the staff is always friendly and amazing makes you wanna come back and the service speed is incredible compared to other Wendy's I been too but doesn't sacrifice quality 10/10

They have always made my burger how I like it with no slip ups yet but by far the better of the wendy's around me

Just found out you can make a salad a combo. Mind blown. My new favorite meal!!
