Always helpful staff despite not having what I wanted this time. I admit I can be a bit picky! I've been shopping there for years. Highly recommended.

My vehicle needed a battery replacement and I came back to my hometown NAPA after being quoted a ridiculous price by a shop in Longmont (AAMCO). $519 to purchase and install a battery?! Get outta here! A quick call to Berthoud NAPA confirmed that they had the battery I needed and that $519 was a racket.

I realize full well that NAPA is a parts store and not a mechanic shop. That being said, I was helped quickly, kindly, and professionally to purchase the battery I needed (at a fair price). Furthermore, Joe took the time to come out to my vehicle in the parking lot and install the new battery. No fuss, no extra charge. Wow! I also find it noteworthy to mention that they were busy with many clients and even had a rude one on the phone. Unfazed, Joe got the job done and went the extra mile to help me get the battery in my car and make sure it started. They didn’t have to do that, but they did. This kind of service doesn’t exist most places anymore.

My family has been around Berthoud for a while (a few generations, no biggie) and NAPA has always been our go-to. Today I learned why; it’s worth a bit of a longer drive to get honest, fair, straightforward, and above-and-beyond help. Next time, if at all possible, I’ll skip the pricey shops closer to home and head to Berthoud.

Jeff and Lauren stayed an extra 10 minutes after close to help me find a motorcycle battery. Jeff went the extra mile to make sure I purchased the correct products. These guys offer excellent customer service and were very patient. Thanks again guys!

Great local family ownership that is very grateful for their customers and cares about their community. I don't hesitate to drive from southeast Fort Collins (and surpass a couple of other known franchise parts stores) to buy my stuff with them.

I've always liked Napa even before I became a owner in the industry. This isn't my main store but they have come through with some very rare pieces and parts at some crucial times. Thanks for helping me load up those batteries Joe.

I come in early in the morning! I like that this location opens at 7am and the guy who usually works mornings is very knowledgeable and helpful. He has helped me out on several occasions get exactly what I needed as well as make exchanges for the right parts when a part didnt fit. Its is also about the small town feel instead of just another customer which I appreciate!!! Thank you for all the help!!!

These guys at NAPA provide all the tractor, big equipment, and farm equipment parts needed. They know their stuff about farm and big equipment parts. I have a Cat 12G grader, John Deere equipment. The other parts stores do not have the equipment parts I need.

Always satisfied with inventory, prices are fair. Staff knowledgeable and friendly.

I needed spark plugs for my weed whacker and they had it. The staff was friendly and store was organized. I highly recommend you going there.

I have used this store for years. They get the needed parts correct the first time every time. If you want really good vehicle info every time seek advice from Porter at the counter!!

Wanted to thank you for the great advice on our little VW Bug. You took the time to come out side and look at the problem, saw the easy fix we could not see, and got us the right thing to fix it with. We went home did just as you said and it is SOO good to see a completely fix and great looking car once again. You did not make us feel silly for asking for your help. We have always relied on the fine people there to advise us. You have never let us down and we appreciate the professional care, you guys rock!!!

These guys are on the ball if they don't have it they'll get it and their prices are as competitive as anywhere and their products are high quality

The guys here are always helpful, quick to find the part we're looking for and helpful to install it when it's a battery or the like. The staff is good fun to joke with as well which I always like.

Lots of help available from employees. Entrance is wheelchair accessible. Don't know about restrooms.

Great place great service but you all need to stay open past 6pm on weekdays - I've gone several times to competition only because of this.
