I drive from Fort Collins to pick up my prescriptions here and it’s worth the trip! The staff are all so friendly :) I love that the refill process is fast and efficient. Their app works better than the chain drugstore apps I’ve used. If I have to call to ask a question, I don’t get treated like a nuisance (*cough cough CVS*). There is only one issue I face going to Berthoud Drug - Forcing myself not to buy a bunch of things from the gift shop side 😅

Absolutely love the people that work here and the family-owned feel. Best pharmacy around!

What a great local business! The pharmacist saved me $500 by asking questions!!! My laser eye center prescriptions were $650 and I nearly fell over. They had prescribed brand name instead of generic and a more expensive option on another med. After several back and forth adjustments, the pharmacist got it down to $150! Thanks to him for paying attention and bothering to try to improve it!

And this store has a great selection of medicines, PLUS well curated gifts.

I hesitated for years to switch pharmacies. It was mainly because of the business hours. After insurance changed guidelines AGAIN, along with extensive monthly issues at King Soopers, I decided it was time to give Berthoud Drug a chance.

Why didn’t I switch sooner?! The team here is amazing. The customer service is fantastic. They go above and beyond to help you. They smile at you and don’t look miserable! And they have NEVER passed judgement or implied anything negative regarding my medication. As a pain management patient, stigmas are constantly placed on me. The team here has never made me feel bad.

Not to mention… they have really nice merchandise if you’re looking for a gift! Pricing is fair!

I used the pharmacy this week for the very first time and I was a little confused with the whole process of paying but the pharmacy and front desk lady were super helpful. Very friendly staff and cute shop.

Love-hate relationship with this place. Pharmacy is fast, convenient and everyone is friendly. The boutique in the other hand…I can’t get out of there without several gifts and unique items! Great place to find something different for anyone.

The staff at Berthoud Drug are so kind, amiable, and helpful in every way. My visit at this location was a wholehearted one for sure, and they have a wide variety of everything you could possibly need. It’s like a little gift shop in some spots, yet they also have essentials when it comes to your health and well-being.

Customer service and speed is unlike anywhere I have been before. I have been wasting so much time with other pharmacies. They are great people and have great prices on items that cost much more at other stores. Huge selection of all kinds of cool useful stuff. Will not go anywhere else from now on.

This is not just your small hometown pharmacy! They have the best selection of gift, cards and souvenirs. At Christmas go no where else for your gifts and decorating accents. They have an array of household items as well as fashion accessories. They have all your medicinal needs as well as a fully stocked pharmacy. The best thing about this place are the friendly employees and the great customer service you will receive. The pharmacist is also friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to.

Don’t judge a book by it’s cover. You may think it’s a drug store, at least I thought so, but they have some gifts and decor in the window so I went in! Wow!!! So many fun things to browse, especially at Christmas time. Shop local and support our community! My husband also switched his prescription over from Walgreens and it was cheaper!!

The Hospital sent my prescription to the wrong location. Josh (Berthoud drug) called the Walgreens to transfer over...and well they didn’t have my prescription. Josh then called the Hospital and figured everything out and got my prescription sent over. It’s hard to find service this good these days. Josh called me to let me know everything was handled and my prescription was there. Thanks Josh. 👌

I cant say enough great things about this hometown store. This community would be lost without Phil and his staff memebers! This is a prime example of true home vales and customer service!! National chains pale severely in comparison! Shop here, fill your scripts here! Contribute to their decades of success!!!

Quaint little pharmacy and shop with a focus on customer service. I called in my scripts and they were ready inside of 10 minutes - love that I have a reliable local business that I can frequent in lieu of the bigger, more frustratingly expansive pharmacy chains.
