Chloe at this store was so helpful!! It was time for an upgrade and she guided me through all the best/most affordable options. When I needed some time to think & ask questions she was very easygoing. Very knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. Phone issues/things aren’t always fun, but Chloe made it as easy & painless as possible! Definitely recommend the store and Chloe as well.

I switched service about six months ago from Verizon and am very happy. Great service, better package, and less cost at T-Mobile. Service reps were helpful and my phone service has been great, at least as good as Verizon. I was happy to make the switch.

Isabella was so helpful and so nice!! She was able to assist us two days in a row and answer all our questions! Truly have never been to a more helpful phone store

The manager, in particular, stood out with their exceptional customer service skills. They ensured that everything went smoothly and even provided valuable insights into the latest devices and plans. Isabela was wonderful! I had a very positive experience at this T-Mobile location. She was very helpful and patient and helped me with all my devices and stayed even though her shift ended. I was very happy and am glad I switched to TMobile!

I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 10 years and have been to many locations throughout SoCal and the east coast and I have to say, by far, my best experience! This past September was I went to this store and Sergio as my sales rep. I switched my son's carrier to join my plan, traded in his old iPhone and got a new one and it was the easiest transaction I've EVER had. Not to mention how helpful and knowledgable Sergio was. He walked me through ever aspect of the upgraded phone and I left there extremely satisfied. The whole staff is so welcoming to their customers and the way they speak & interact with each other is the definition of teamwork.

Sergio here helped me out with a huge upgrade on my phone getting me to the new iPhone 15 as well as a free Apple Watch. Great customer service and professionalism was displayed during our interaction. I can confidently say I’m proud to be with T Mobile because of individuals like such.

This was my second time to visit this location and Ariyan has been very helpful in assisting me and my family in Hawaii to make sure our plan and coverage is best for our needs. Can't recommend these guys highly enough! After having a terrible time with AT&T customer service while trying to close my account, Claudia and Kevin worked hard and went the extra mile to liaise with AT&T and smooth things out for me. They treated my husband and I as valued customers, remembering us/our situation and following up to make sure we were having a smooth transition to T-Mobile. Very happy with their customer service and confident that if we ever had any further problems they would resolve it quickly and professionally.

I’ve never really felt inclined to leave a review for any business but I feel the need to leave a review for this T-Mobile. I walked right in and there was no wait, Kevin serviced me right away, and then a wave of people started piling in and he answered any questions anyone else had while still servicing me. He was the ultimate multitasker while giving me the best customer service! Thank you Kevin, and T-Mobile!

Best experience I’ve had so far! T-Mobile is great and this store was absolutely outstanding. I spoke to Benjamin the manager and he explained everything from A through Z. He guaranteed me that if I went back his team would be able to help me out and of course they did!
The following day that I went he wasn’t there so I spoke to his team and they were all super friendly and very knowledgeable!

Excellent Customer Service compared to other South County stores. I spoke directly to the Store Manager, Cecilia (well I think the Manager, if not she should be). Cecilia was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering my questions right away without hesitation. Even answered the phone right away and despite Google showing that they're closed at 7:00 they're actually open as listed on the T-Mobile website.

Outstanding customer service and such a helpful, great team! Highly, highly recommend this location. Matthew and the staff helped us with every little detail and truly went above and beyond.

Experience was great. I was not expecting to have the customer service as I did. Mr. Juan Lopez went above and beyond what was expected. He truly was an amazing representative of T-Mobile. His expertise and knowledge was excellent. Truly recommend this shop to anyone. Great atmosphere.
