Food and smoothies are always good. Employees even remember you after a few times . I like this place

Nice affordable place to grab a simple breakfast or lunch. This is my default place to get lunch. They are quick to get you served. Expect to pay between $8 to $15 for a meal, drink, and dessert/side.

This is a new and clean place. We had Acai Berry Boost and Chia Banana smoothies. Chia Banana had a very strong cinnamon flavor so I asked the lady to remake it which she did very fast. The new Chia Banana had another very tasty sweet flavor and I liked it a lot. Baja Chicken flatbread was good, so was Peanut Butter Banana flatbread.

This was my first trip to a tropical smoothie Cafe! Totally a five-star experience! I need to call out the employee who assisted us Cheyenne heisey!!! She is a great asset to your team and her customer service skills are on point!!! I will definitely go back !!

The staff& food here is great! For awhile they were very low staffed and the wait could be up to 45 minutes for food. But give them another try! They've got more employees now & usually have smoothies& food out in under 10 minutes! 👍🏻
They've asked how we like the taste of some of the new smoothies that just came out to get feedback. And occasionally when I've forgotten to ask for the edible straw, they've given it free of charge. 😋 Also, sometimes they end up with too much smoothie and have already given me my full cup as well as a small cup so that it doesn't go to waste!

Was a busy at noon when I was there, but the staff did a great job of working together and filling orders in a timely manner. Chicken bacon ranch Flatbread and peanut butter cup smoothie were wonderful!

Even when there's a moderate line of people, I feel like this particular tropical Cafe smoothie shop is able to get smoothies out really fast compared to the handful of others in the area. The product is consistent each time but the speed really makes this one a touch better than some others around here.

Update: The manager here is just super nice in general. While we do come in regularly, it's not THAT often, but he still manages to basically know our entire usual order as soon as we walk in. He let us try the edible straws one time and my kids loved them so now we just order them on our order - samples can work! This is for sure my favorite tropical smoothie Cafe in the area.

My wife and I love this place. Their smoothies are the best I've had at any restaurant which makes sense according to their name. In other words, they do live up to their name. Their smoothies hit the mark for quality and quantity. There is alot in there! Usually a smoothie will fill you up for a meal. But their food is also very good. However, their smoothies are exceptional!

Very good shakes and food. Give yourself time to look over printed menu if you’re not familiar with it. They have a wide variety of smoothies. If you know what you want consider getting their app and order ahead. It’s never crowded but usually there is a line. I ordered remote 3 times (smoothie & salad bowl) already got $5 off reward!!

Just got the new oatmeal bowl. It is delicious!!!

They have the nicest staff here and I come here all the time!! Your orders are always ready before the app says they are and everything is made fresh right in front of you!!

I love tropical, the girls are always friendly and helpful. I've never had a smoothie made badly, and I love that occasionally they'll even make too much to fit in the cup and they'll offer it to me.

I also love the healthy food choices! Beach club salad is delicious

This place has become my favorite source for lunch. The smoothies are all tasty and the food and service is top notch. I work from home and like to place my order online. It takes me less than 10 minutes to get there but my order is always sitting on the counter waiting for me. They have single-handedly raised the standard of living in Mount Joy!

She never ceases to amaze me. I usually go in the am and she's always there, always friendly, and somehow remembers my order even when I haven't been there for months. Plus it's gotta be healthy I mean, it's got fruit and ice in it!

These guys are awesome. I was driving down 283 shortly before 9 o’clock and so I called him to see if they could prepare a smoothie for me if I was to get there a little after closing time. The guy prepared the smoothie and allowed me to walk in the door little after 9 o’clock I was impressed.

On a whim, my wife recommended this place for us on the way to Hershey Park. We’re staying at the hotel across the street so I gave it a shot. As per usual, my wife was right and the smoothies we had were some of the best we’ve ever tasted!!
I had the chia banana boost (with whey protein) and it was awesome. My wife had the apple matcha and she destroyed that!!
The prices of the meals and smoothies are amazingly fair, if not almost a steal for the portions offered. My family and I are going back here in February for another visit to the area and we are 10000% coming back!!
I truly appreciate a great deal, and exceptional customer service. This location has both!!
We’re from New York, so we’re not used to having our cake and eating it too, at least without paying exorbitant prices. This is a great surprise and a MUST VISIT for anybody looking for a huge portion and delicious meal/meal replacement.

I called in an order today and stopped here to pick it up. It turns out I had called the wrong location. The guy running this location asked what I had ordered and promptly had it prepared for me. He then called the other TS and let them know of my error. I offered to pay for both orders but he insisted I pay nothing! He said he was having a good day, and made mine a good one too! How nice😊

I love to order on the app and pick up here. I have never had an error in an order and they have never given me a hard time being that I have a medical condition and cannot wear a mask. They will continue to be my go to place for fast, healthy food during this crazy time!
