Steve was very knowledgeable, thorough, and very patient! I tried a few pairs of walking shoes and different inserts before deciding which one was best for me. I have a few foot issues, so I really appreciate that I can wear them for 45 days and take them back in that time frame if they’re just not working for me. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for great sneakers!

Staff was knowledgeable and service was quick. We talked about my 928s and my foot size as well as the ball of my foot ‘sliding’ a bit on long walks. They recommend an insert that was free due to the yearly coupon. Love my 928s

Tyler was very educated . He helped me find my exact shoe size, had a positive attitude and got me checked out in a timely manner.

My mom has always been jealous of kids with lights on their shoes. So I set out to fulfill that wish this year for Christmas. Since my mom wears special shoes and ones that are New Balance brand, I couldn't just buy the shoes with lights that you find online. I visited this store to get an identical pair that my mom wears and upgrade those new shoes myself. Michael Chatman was beyond very helpful in making this come to pass. In fact, this gift would not have been possible without his help! Just don't show my mom these pictures before Christmas!

it was a perfect experince. the person who helped me find walking shoes help me quickly. he found me a comfortable pair lr walking shoes in the correct size and width. price was a little much, but worth it it u want great experience and fast service and great shoes. highly think everyone who needs new balance shoes should shop here.

Amazing. Brittany helped us find shoes for my son who has wide feet, and she was amazing. Her demeanor towards my kids was friendly, funny and made both my kids feel extremely comfortable. She knows the products extremely well and was an absolute delight. My son wasn't looking forward to shoe shopping today and left with a big smile. Thank you, Brittany.

My husband and I went to the Huntsville store Sunday afternoon 7/11/22 we were acknowledged as we entered, store was clean, items in place, no shoes sitting out from people trying them on.
Trish was very helpful and knowledgeable about what we ask, we purchased 1 pair each I Love my New Balance, the fit is perfect, inserts are great.
Recommend try this store before you buy elsewhere.

Super impressed with the knowledge of foot/joint issues the associate had. Short of going to an orthopedic shoe store, these folks can find just the right shoe style and fit using tech tools to measure for size, width, pronation, etc. I'm very pleased with my shoe choice and the service I received. Highly recommend! What's my size? 11.5N-M. I wouldn't have believed a medium width would fit my narrow foot so well. Happy customer.

So this was by far one of the best experiences that I have had on the consumer side of retail and it was all because of Michael Chatman! He was wonderful! First when I walked in, he asked if I needed help, which at the time I did not because I was just looking around to see what they had in stock. So when I did finally find something I did ask for help and he very kindly helped me with many different styles and sizes which I was very appreciative of because I have oddly shaped feet and I usually have to try on different sizes and styles to find the right fit! Needless to say he was very polite and engaging with his knowledge and general conversation we had! I went in for 1 pair but he was so helpful in finding me the right shoe and price I ended up leaving with 3 pairs! And at a very good deal! Go see Michael and you will not be disappointed!

Sales associate, Michael, was very helpful and thorough in assessing pressure points in my feet and measuring me for shoes. Also asked about any special issues which we discussed and which he took into account in recommending and fitting shoes with the support needed to meet my specific needs due to ankle issues and previous surgery. He was very helpful, thorough and seemed to have good knowledge for recommending options to me. Was a great experience and i really appreciated the time he took to help me.

Finally, sneakers that help my feet not to hurt. Very helpful, compassionate and knowledgeable salespeople! I will be shopping at this New Balance store from now on. I work out regularly and have never had anywhere near as successful and positive experience at any other specialty athletic shoe store previously. Great job New Balance. The staff at the Huntsville New Balance store is exceptional, as is their policy of allowing you to try the shoe for 45 days to be sure it really fits. I buy all my New Balance shoes locally in Huntsville for this reason.
