AT&T Store

While it was a bummer that there was only one person working at the store, the person who was working was beyond AMAZING. Casey had such a cool head, while helping three different groups at one time. Not only did she get us the best deal, but she did it with such patience and professionalism. We truly appreciate the help she gave us? AT&T is lucky to have her!

Casey was the only employee working when I went on Sunday. She juggled multiple customers at once, making sure nobody had to wait for too long. Needs were met quickly and efficiently with no issues. The store was clean and inviting, and I recommend anyone needing anything ATT related go to this store!

Went in about an hour and a half before closing to add three new lines to my plan, the gentleman who was being helped when we came in was having major issues with activating a phone. The manager (only person working) assured us we would be helped as soon as possible. He ended up staying well after closing just to make sure we were taken care of! Amazing customer service!

I recently went to the AT&T store on Merchants Dr in Knoxville, Tennessee, to upgrade my iPhone 11 to the new iPhone 14. The representative who helped me was named Landon and he was fantastic! He was able to transfer all of my data from my old phone to the new one and guide me through the process of upgrading my device.

I was really impressed with the level of service I received from Landon. He was friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He made the whole process of upgrading my phone easy and stress-free, and I felt like he went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the service I received.

Overall, I had a great experience at the AT&T store on Merchants Dr. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who is looking for excellent customer service and support. Thanks to Landon and the entire team at AT&T for making my phone upgrade a positive and enjoyable experience!

Came into the store to get a quote for some new lines with AT&T. Decided to switch my six lines from Verizon that day!! The staff at this location was amazing with their customer service and knowledge they possess. The new store manager of this location has done so much to the store that it’s unrecognizable! The store looks more inviting and the staff is always helpful now! Go and check out the new management and the staff; they know their stuff!

I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by Haley. She was very professional and knowledgeable about AT&T products. She was extremely helpful. I decided on the iPhone 13 max pro. Haley was able to answer all of my questions. She was able to get me out of the store in about thirty minutes. I highly recommend this store and I highly recommend Haley. I plan to be back again.

Great customer service! (I went to the AT&T on Kingston Pike in Bearden and I cannot say the same. UGH! It's not hard to great people and acknowledge their presence.)
THIS LOCATION however was AWESOME. Haylee was super nice, helped and sent me on my way with a smile. THIS IS MY NEW AT&T store moving forward. Great Experience!

Landon was very helpful when i went in for my phone having issues. He fixed the problem my phone was having. He recommended a good screen protector and installed it. Very knowledgeable with iphones.

I preordered and picked up the IPhone 11 from here and I had the best experience. All three of the ladies who helped me were so nice and helpful. They helped me pick out everything and setup my phone and watch. They also put on my screen protector which looks perfect. 10/10 would recommend.

Came in needing help transferring my photos to my new phone and Jenny was AMAZING! Stood and talked with me for about two hours while we were waiting. As well as got my number ported and my service started up. Highly recommend coming out to this location if you need anything!

Tina went out of her way to make sure we'd have 4 SE's ready on the morning of the release date. I had to pick up in store before work. She got me set up on 4 lines with time to spare. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. We’ll definitely be back.

If you are looking to switch phone companies then AT&T is the place to go! The service is excellent, and the staff members are wonderful! Jenny really helped me find the perfect phone and plan for me! She put up with my (ridiculous) questions and made sure I completely understood everything with clarity. AT&T is the phone company who deserves your business, and the one on the corner of Clinton Highway and Merchants is the place to go to switch! Be sure to ask for Jenny, because there isn't anywhere else or anyone else I would rather do business with!

The staff here is AWESOME!!! Super friendly, fun and willing to help no matter what. I came in kind of scared of jumping into a smartphone (former flip phone user). Jim sat me down and used his phone to show me just how easy a "smart" phone really is. So, after my lesson I was willing to look into the right phone for me. I take a lot of pictures as a part of my job and Jim took that into consideration. He showed me the LG G4 because of the picture capabilities. We took a couple pictures and I was hooked. It took some time in the store but only because he was so willing to help me out and teach me what I needed to know. Needless to say I will be a repeat customer. GO SEE JIM!!!!!
