super fast service was out in less than 2 minutes. Food was perfect

This review isn’t about the food. The food was average McDonald’s fair nothing more nothing less. Or about the atmosphere of anything the lobby was in desperate need of attention. This review however is about an employee that went above and beyond and truly cares about his job and the people he serves. Lonell went above and beyond at every step tonight. As mentioned before the lobby when we walked in was a mess. We went to get a seat and wait for our order to finish. We informed Lonell that our table was dirty and could use a quick wipe down. He wiped it down, even though we had asked for a wipe to do it ourselves after seeing they were busy, and then he came back and dried it off. He did this joyfully, without any type of attitude or complaining and with a smile. He was also quick and efficient when we requested additional sauces and refills throughout our meal. While we were eating, he cleaned the entire dining room and expedited food very efficiently during our rather brief visit. Huge shout out to him and the owner/operator of this location. Please keep him. It is people like him that truly make the biggest impact.

Best meal from McDonald's I've had in probably a decade. Hot crispy fries, nice pepper-y McDouble, unwilted shredded lettuce on the McChicken, very sweet and genuine service at the window, all around lovely experience this afternoon. Thanks folks!

This McDonald’s always makes the best frappe’s!

The drive thru staff were amazing today when I went there for a sprite and some fries. It was a nice experience.

I rarely go to McDonalds or any fast food place besides Chick Fil-A on Clinton Hwy because the people that run them have always been awful, but these people at this location are always impeccable !! I highly recommended this location. I will visit them just to say hi.

I was leaving work and decided to grab some lunch from the McDonald's across the street from where I work. I like to get a sandwich and large fries so I can share with my dogs. I always go through the drive- thru. I never have to wait very long. My order is almost always correct. The workers are very friendly. I recommend this McDonald's.

It's a McDonald's. They gave me the food I ordered. The only thing I didn't like was this other customer there who was not blessed by our lord and savior Jesus Christ with any kind of social awareness or an over abundance of intelligence. He kept telling the staff, you know, the people who work there, about how their breakfast all day menu was supposed to work. Then wanted to complain about how what he was ordering was more expensive than he remembered. My man, if 8$ at the MacDollans is gonna break the bank for you it ain't worth it.

I wanted to leave a good review on a specific employee named Brian Smith great dude made me and my kids laugh during my visit with him and I hope McDonald's gives this specific employee the good recognition he deserves I usually don't leave reviews on McDonald's but I wanted to on this specific one cause how much he made mine and my kids eating experience a great one.

My Brother and I just went through the drive Through and had the best experience! Staff was awesome! Food was Hot and Great! God Bless!

This McDonald's was the cleanest one I ever was in. The service was awesome. When I came in I was greeted with a big smile by the cashier!! The food was hot and fresh! I tell you how much I was impressed with this place.

Went through the drive-thru. Ordered a boo bucket and asked for the orange one got green, that's okay though.

One of the best McDonalds in Knoxville. It is run very efficiently and I never have to wait long for my order. Never had any problems with orders being wrong or rude employees. Most of them have been working there for a while so it doesn't feel like a revolving door when you come by for your usual breakfast.

Fast and courteous service. Facilities and grounds well maintained. Facilities are handicapped accessible. Only drawback I see is the workers do not always verify your order is correct. This causes problems once you get home and find out your order is not correct. Breakfast always available was a big plus for McDonald's

Food was good and great deal

The food was McDonald's it is what it is . The difference was the young lady working behind the counter. She was taking orders , making sandwiches , cooking fries and bagging orders all with a smile. She even answered the phone while doing everything else. I complimented her and she smiled sweetly and said "oh thank you I thought you were going to complain about the wait ". Her words made me think , here she is busting her butt doing it all by herself while worrying about customers complaining. Have we become so consumed with fast service that we don't care why or what the person on the other side of that counter is dealing with? I didn't understand what her name was maybe Ahmia or something like that but she was a younger girl maybe Latino or Mexican ,not sure of the politically correct term . Great job young lady
