Tropical Smoothie Cafe

We ordered the Acai Berry Boost smoothies, which were delicious! I wonder if they have ever considered offering a smaller size smoothie, besides the kids' sizes. The regular size they offer is too big; I often end up throwing some of it away:-(

Overall I was happy with this location. The smoothie came out super fast and the wrap was shortly after. The food was hot and everything was as expected. Personally i thought the food was better than some other Tropical Smoothie locations. I also appreciated that all 3 employees i spoke to were friendly and smiled. Good job!

First time at this store and it was very nice. The clerk was very helpful and friendly explaining the menu options. Our smoothie was delicious. Will definitely be coming back.

I was a little skeptical coming to this Location because of the mix reviews. The staff was friendly my food and smoothie came out very fast. Everyone had a smile very friendly.

I went here before a very important time sensitive event, and there was a significant delay in smoothie preparation. This did upset me but I didn't say anything about it.

Regardless (without a prompt), they apologized for the delay and offered 2 free smoothies on the next visit. Today I took advantage of the offer and they honored it - Abigail helped us out (someone else too).

Since all businesses make mistakes, you can only judge them on how they handle those mistakes. They handled it very well, I'll definitely come back!

I've been getting food and smoothies from this location frequently for the last 4-5 years and they always get my order right. The staff (no matter who is working) is ALWAYS extremely nice.
I always get a custom order and not once have they've gotten my order wrong.

Recently they've had a sign on the door that says "understaffed, please be patient with the staff that did show up" or something along those lines. But honestly, in my experience, my order is still always right, the staff is still always extremely nice and my food and smoothie is still exactly what I ordered and I still never have to wait long for my order. Definitely my favorite Tropical Smoothie location.

My grandson's love this place, the food and smoothies (especially) because I buy. LOL

I love they jetty punch smoothie! Their food is always fresh and delicious. I recommend this location to everyone, you will not be disappointed. The staff is very friendly and don't make you feel rushed if you are unsure of buying a item.

The fruit/yogurt bowl is a fine tasting and filling item

Staff was amazing the smoothie was absolutely delicious. Young man on register taking orders was very efficient and friendly 😃 Definitely will return as this was my first visit but definitely not my last 😃

The food and smoothies were amazing. The first time I was there yesterday it took a while because there were a lot of other students. I came back with my partner for a "date" and it was great.

I had the best experience. I asked Hailey (sp?) for her personal opinion on smoothies and she was super knowledgeable. I appreciate employees knowing the products they’re selling. Loving my Peaches and Silk with lime.

I haven't tried their food but their smoothies are amazing my favorite is mocha madness. I honestly love going here and I think that if you haven't been then you need to go because you will not be sorry it's a good way to spend those extra five to ten dollars on something you'll enjoy.

Smoothies. Good smoothies and good food. Friendly staff. They seem to keep the place clean and are always doing something to keep it that way. Keep up the good work Tropical Smoothie.

Although not inexpensive, the food is reasonably good and the smoothies are very good. This is not a restaurant to go to when very hungry as the portion sizes are actually reasonable for lunch rather than the enormous amounts of food usually provided by American restaurants.

This location is clean and in good repair and service was very good the day I visited.

Nadia Owens is the nicest, most hardworking Tropical Smoothie Café worker I have ever met. She was polite and respectful. I was very pleased with her services. I will definitely be returning with bigger tips. Give that girl a raise!

Super fast, friendly service during the lunch rush today. The Thai chix wrap and smoothie were the best I’ve had in a long time. I’ll be back!
