Best office depot in Colorado Springs hands down. I'd come here even if it was out of my way.
I was greeted and helped by Zack. He knew where everything was and got me in and out of the store quickly with everything I needed!! He had great product knowledge and a wonderful personality. Awesome employee! I really enjoyed his conversation and appreciate the way he brightened my day.

Although the shopping center this store is in looks a little rundown, the store itself is great. We were shopping for desks and chairs and found that the best selection and deals here. Also, the sales associates were friendly and helpful when we were ready to make our purchases. I've shopped here in the past for smaller items and had good experiences in those instances as well. 5 stars!

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had documents laminated. While I was waiting, I walked around the store. I was not hounded by sales people. The manager did ask if he could help me. When I told him I was killing time until my laminate job was down, he engaged me in a small conversation which made me feel noticed. It was a fantastic experience.

It was great. The place was clean and organized. I wondered the store looking to something I could use at my expo.

I was ask a couple of times if I need help and when I finally said yes it was a team effort. A member went to the back to dig through stock for me and they clarified via radio if they were finding the right stuff.

Check out was quick and pleasant.

I'd go back.

The employees at this store are incredibly nice and helpful. It was obvious from meeting the manager that his goal is exceptional customer service. This is a model store!

The staff is SO helpful! They are funny, sweet, and most importantly, knowledgable and make the printing that I thought impossible look easy.

I WAS UNDER PRESSURE FOR A DEADLINE TO MAKE 400 PAGES IN 6 COPIES..., TOTALING $600+!!! BUT..., with the assistance of Office Depot knowledgeable Employees, I was able to accomplish double sided for Defendants and single sided for the Judge in my legal matters, with automatic hole punched to contain all pages in their copies. I am 72 yrs. blind and deaf, and I needed and appreciated immediate assistance to make my deadlines for Court. Thank you for a job well done above and beyond the call of duty!

The customer service was exceptional today and Brian answered all my questions and helped me problem solve an issue I was having with a product. I appreciated the time he took.

This store was clean, organized, and the employees friendly. Jeff was very helpful and informed. Location is a busy area but access is easy and plenty of parking.

I really like dealing with an actual person, as opposed to on-line, regarding my print projects.

This is an update on my review below. Within a couple of days after the Google Review was published, the store manager contacted me via email. The manager apologized and refunded my purchase, I did not expect any response at all. It's good that they are paying attention to their reviews and the manager did everything to make this right. Thank you Lane.

I would have given zero stars if allowed the option. The store display showed the software half the price of what I was charged. One minute after I checked out I saw that I was overcharged and asked the sales dude about it. He said the sale ended the day before but they didn't have time to change the price on the display because they were so busy. I made my purchase at 6:30 PM close to their closing time. Basically the resolution was too-bad-so-sad for me. I could have purchased the software download online for 50% less. I was told it wasn't refundable. I suggest buying from Staples!

Toby was incredibly helpful with finding items similar to what I was originally looking for. He was attentive to details and super friendly. Will definitely make this my go to store for office supplies!

Always have supplies a person is looking for I never walk out empty handed

Very competent employees, they knew far more about specific items than myself and shared what they knew making my purchase more knowledgeable and complete.
There was no pushing or directing me into a more expensive item, just good information and quick and pleasant.

I needed an adapter plug for my computer & another item & they knew exactly what kind of adapter would work for me.

I was extremely impressed with the experience I had printing here. I needed help in printing a program I had made for my mothers funeral service. Jo-Jo was extremely professional, compassionate, and did an amazing job. The quality was very well done and it was exactly what I imagined I wanted to create. Jo-Jo worked through many trials to get the perfect format and ensured I received the lowest cost I could. This is so greatly appreciated during this difficult time. Thank you again Jo-Jo for your kindness. I would definitely use the printing services here in the future.
