The UPS Store

This place is wonderful. Friendly staff, courteous and working at a good pace to keep the wait time at a minimum!

I do business at this store fairly often, and had noticed that an employee who seemed to be the manager was always friendly, efficient and caring. I had a very precious package that I wanted packed by the carrier and insured. It was irreplaceable, and fragile. I asked for her to do it personally. She did an excellent job, sent me photos of the stages of the packaging process and seemed. happy to provide the best service she could. My package did arrive safely and quickly and I just want everyone to know that this store can be trusted with your shipping and packing needs. Her name is Virginia. The other employees I've encountered have always been efficient and nice, as well. This has sadly become rare, and I want to thank UPS and this store in particular.

The staff there are fast and very welcoming all the time even when I have a problem with any other carrier that’s not ups they still help 10/10 I recommend!

I find the staff to be incredibly accommodating and friendly. The store can get busy cuz it's a small store but they don't hurry anyone along just to make the line go quicker. They calmly work with each customer until their needs are met and then help the next customer

I always go to these great people, even when I have to go out of my way. Service is fast and pleasant. We buy a lot on line, so we need great return service.
