I was pleasantly surprised with the wide variety of styles and sizes of luggage that were available. The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable also were able to help me to find a couple of great pieces of luggage for my trip to London.

Wow - so happy I dropped into this store as I was looking for briefcase, luggage, etc. for a trip. Jonathan could not have been more helpful. Once I described to him what I was looking for, he brought several options for me to consider. I liked the fact he showed all the price ranges and that he was knowledgeable about his topic (ie., hard cases vs. soft, take ons vs. checking, etc). I will be definitely be back!

Amazing store with excellent service. I have purchased several pieces of luggage over the last 15 years here along with many accessories. The staff is knowledgeable with excellent attitudes and the selection is top notch. Buy here the customer service is worth any extra you may save on Amazon. Like I always say, “buy it nice or buy it twice!”

This is a great little store. Has so many different items, with a great selection to choose from and good prices. We found what we needed and more. I highly recommend this place when in need of any travel items!

I walked into Luggage Center and I was immediately greeted by Annette. She is a super sweet woman who is enthusiastic about her work and has tons of information about luggage’s! She is helpful and kind! Great store!

I haven't bought luggage in twenty years, so, I felt I was flying blind, so to speak. The owner/operator Annette was WONDERFUL. She took the time to explain everything to me, including showing me the function and performance of EVERY bag I asked about. I need two more carry ons and a full size suitcase. Guess where I'm going to get them?

Very large selection of lots of brands. Was looking for Briggs &Riley. Found (and purchased) what I needed.
