I had an outstanding experience at NAPA thanks to Marcy (I hope I spelled her name right), Who went above and beyond to assist me with my car needs. Her kindness and expertise truly stood out. It's refreshing to encounter such helpful employees at NAPA. Kudos to Marcy and the NAPA team for their excellent service. Thank you so much!

I burned up a v-belt on a Troy-bilt chipper shredder and bought a few on Ebay. They came in but did not fit. Thinking I had made a mistake i took the old belt to O-reillys which of two stores could not get me a belt that worked. Went into Napa - the guy behind the counter didn't say much, took the belt and came back minutes later and rang me up for $20. Worked perfectly. Exactly the size I ordered on Ebay, but those did not fit. Not only do you need good people behind the counter, but good people ordering the parts and doing some quality control. Next time I just will go to Napa first. Would have saved me hours!

Great prices on hard to find parts. They got me a rebuilt air dryer cartridge for my 1988 Country Coach motor home for a very reasonable price

I always like the service when shopping at the south Federal store. Always get help with all my purchases and requests. I stopped in the other day for some parts and glad to Jared in the store, I always get exceptional service and professional courtesy from him! Glad to see he’s back in the neighborhood, it will definitely keep me bringing more of my business to this store!

Jared has been a huge help with every question thrown his way. He does what it takes to leave customers satisfied with customer service. This kind of commitment is really hard to find and he is why I keep coming back to this store even though there is one closer to my house.

Jared was super cool and helped me with getting a new alternator while showing me how to save a quick buck. Also gave me a free bucket and hat too lol. (Ps. If your reading this Jared the alternator seems to be working so crossing my fingers) but overall they had everything I needed and where available to help!

I found what I needed and the service was awesome

I went to this location to buy a product that I hoped would fix my car. I asked about my solution. I explained the problem. The employee responded,

"As much as I'd like to sell this item to you, it's not going to fix your problem."

Unfortunately, my problem is more significant; but their integrity saved me a few dollars.

Jared is the best. He helped me find a solution for my wiper issue. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

Shean provided some of the best customer service I've experienced. I will definitely be back because of the quality of service.
