Vanessa from D90 (the front end) was extremely helpful the moment I walked in the door. She went out of her way to assist with my queries and was very knowledgeable in doing so. To any HD managers, I'd highly recommend Vanessa receive a Homer Award for her merit. Having worked at another HD in the past, I know that some recognition can go a long way. Cheers.

This is a pretty great Home Depot. Easy to find staff that are willing to help you and they actually know where to find stuff. The parking lot is clean, the bathrooms are nice and clean as well, the store is organized and the prices are on par for what you would expect.

The employee was able to reccomend the perfect cheap wood stain that would get me to the color I want with the type of wood I have!

Usually when you go into a Home Depot its sometimes hard to find someone that can tell you what isle the items you are looking for. Not this time not only did the person help me they where very knowledgeable in the product I was buying she helped a lot.

Great location. Used the self checkout, and bought an item that needed to be age verified - I appreciate that the clerk was very close and could approve my purchase quickly!

Great store with helpful, friendly employees! Especially helpful is Home Depot employee Art Lindsey! He deserves a shout out for helping my 84 year old neighbor lady recently!

This review is for sales associate SIELO who was outstanding! I have not ever received such stellar customer service from any other associate at this location in my 10+ years shopping here. She has such a warm and kind personality. She was just as enthusiastic about our project as we are, which gave me a lot of reassurance about our install appointment and purchases!

The Paver in my photos came from them they have a really good service including delivery. Everything in their store was really easy to find, however there are always people around asking you if you need help. The store is always clean and all the associates are friendly they make you feel like you are at home. So if you ever need something for your home, the homedepot is where you should go.

Hazel is an employee that goes over the top to help her customers. I have been trying to get a receipt from a different Home Depot for 3 days and have been unsuccessful because apparently their system was down. My ac broke and I need proof of purchase for the warranty to work. I called this store not expecting they would not be able to solve the issue, and hazel found my receipt in minutes. She waited as I ran to my car to get my card and told me she would keep it up front until I made it there shortly. Home Depot, you are lucky to have Hazel! And thank you for saving the day!

I can always find what I am looking for at this store. Garden section is awesome

Well the website let my pops and I place an order for a product they do not carry and the store associate filled with what he was given the info on, but it was unfortunately not what we had ordered were paid for online so in making a phone call to customer service and speaking directly with an associate within the store, i was welcomed to return and they completely over the top filled not only the remainder of product but provided me beyond superior service and excelled in meeting my needs and suited up to the quick action and over abundance of quality. So thankful for the help in what has been a serious home dysfunction. Thank you!!

I would like Home Depot management to know what a great help Tucker Crabtree was to me. He helped me 2 times this morning with drywall the second time he was on his lunch break and he did not hesitate one second to help me. I have not seen a guy his age work like he does in a very long time. Thanks for your help Tucker!!!!!

I usually go to the other store. The guys and gals at this Home Depot helped me out a lot. I appreciate that. One lady helped out to find supplies and it wasn't even her area. That was cool

Have come to this home Depot several times. We recently had an issue with our Weber grill and a part simply wouldn't come undone. Came in here and they actually got it disconnected. Couldn't be happier with the service. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff

This Home Depot is wonderful! I was barely in the door and was greeted and asked if I needed assistance. I asked about pull-down sink hose replacements and was directed to the aisle to look on. After a little while of perusing parts and kits, another worker swung by and asked if I was finding everything okay. They answered my questions and helped me understand the issue with my leaky faucet. Even though they did not have what I needed, my Home Depot trip was productive and I greatly appreciate the friendliness and the helpfulness of the staff here. I will be back!

Costumer service desk is awesome. They’ve been really helpful with issues I had with an online order. And super helpful finalizing a quote when no one was at the pro desk.

Shout out for the staff members working 1/4/21 in the evening, Chris M the lot attendant who helped me bring in a delivered broken butcher block slab, and Al (graveyard shift) who was not even on duty yet for the night, just arriving on his bicycle, when he helped me load its replacement into my car. Both were super helpful, friendly and volunteered to assist me with a slab over 3 feet wide and 6 feet long, and weighing over 100 lbs. Great team members with great attitudes, please reward your hourly staff who still treat customers well, even with crazy covid/masks/frustrations all around them!
