Awesome, tasty, crispy Chicken Sandwich!! Love the triple Cheeseburger!! Pleasant place. Great Interrior comfortable and relaxed feeling,while eating. Very kind and helpful worker's. Large assortment of Hot and Cold Drinks. Easy access and plenty of parking. Great for kids. Well lighted. Fast service.

I just love the awesome employees that work every shift! It doesn’t matter if I come there at six in the morning for breakfast or 11 o’clock at night for dinner I’m always created with a smile in our food is always hot and fresh

Of all the McDonald's in the area this one is most likely to not screw up your order.
This location also has the friendliest staff and is always clean.

I am proud to see how much the Franklin store has changed!
I don't do fast food often. Today I asked my 6 year old daughter where she wanted to go for a daddy daughter dinner. She chose McDonalds and we live in Franklin.
Clean!!!!!!!
The best of all was Josiah who took our order. He promptly said hi. My daughter is slightly shy with guys. This time though I encouraged her to give him her order. She gave him the order, Josiah never looked at me and maintained eye contact and smiled at her.
Thank you Josiah that made our night.
To management and the staff, kudos fit a great experience. We will be back.

We are a group of men who meet here every Thursday prior to going on a motorcycle ride. The Management here has been very accommodating to us over the years. The people working here are awesome.

It was really great! The bathrooms where clean for one ( for a mcdonalds bathroom anyway) which says a lot about a place and the kid/guy who took our order brought us our food and realized we didn't get everything we ordered so he went back for it, and asked if everything was good and ok and said have a great day and he said thank you. When he was done he went around and washed the tables and i was very impressed with this particular young man i wish i could recall his name but he was tall with a round face it was about 11:15 am on 10 21 2019. He was just wonderful and the food ( breakfast burritos and bouble cheesburger w bacon or something like it) was good too!

The service is always wonderful and the Oreo frappe is our new favorite.

Had to wait 5 minutes after we ordered food from drive up. Along with 3 other cars. We didn't order prime rib. Ha ha ha ha. The food came out hot. And was as good as McDonald's gets.

The food was Hot & Fresh!!! The woman was very cheery AND saved me a couple dollars as well!! All this time I had been paying entirely too much for a Bac & Cheese on a McMuffin with No Egg!! Only paid 1$ for it!!! SCORE!!! THANKS CHICK!!

The nuggets are always fresh! Employees are friendly too, and the store is clean and well-kept.

Allways busy so sometimes you wait a few extra minutes. Staff is very professional and great bunch of kids. This is convenient for on and off highway access.

The staff was so nice to my 1 yr. old. She was making friends with them the whole time. And the service was polite amd friendly as well as prompt.

Rarely have a poor experience here. Everyone has excellent customer service skills.

Unfortunately the food has gone downhill and the staff have problems getting orders done correctly. I used to love this place and the food was always good. Now not so much.

I had spent $4.88 at the time and received two breakfast sandwiches. Good deals and no complaints.

They did an amazing job here. We had a class field trip and we went to this McDonald's for lunch and they did a really good job getting the hundred somewhat kids their food. Great job.

Newfangled mcd. There's a retro thing with barstools and vinyl diner booths and all that combined with the modern self order kiosks which make life easier. There were a handful of employees doing their thing and being nice by walking out to hand me my bag of take out. I think the kiosks make the employees friendlier.
