The UPS Store

I went to this store last evening to return something from Amazon in a pretty large box. The woman at the counter went above and beyond to help me as she saw me struggling w the package, also coming in from the rain. She was so cheerful despite that the store was busy and it was the end of the day. What a nice person. I’m sorry I can’t remember her name, it started w a D. Just wanted to thank her.

I have been using this store for the past few months and every one has been so helpful. From making copies, printing, shipping and even when I had trouble finding a notery they were wonderful. When a problem occurred with a question about shipping a package a gentleman by the name of William was able to help me pack and ship the package at the best cost for me. I Highly recommend this store.

They have always gone above and beyond for me! They are pleasant to deal with. If a problem does come up it's because I did not do something right!! They are doing their job! On my way there now!!

I am a technical writer and had many manuals that needed to be delivered to my customer asap. Cara and her staff were so helpful, patient, and professional helping me with this daunting task. Thank you for making my customer happy!

I showed up to the store while Paul and Matt were working and they were both extraordinarily helpful with my endeavors, both shipping a package and getting information about the differences between greeting cards. 10/10

Apparently there is new ownership now at this UPS store and I cannot speak more highly of my recent experience. I had an oversize box that they helped me get out of the car, then was helped in getting it shipped and received within days. This is a great place with an awesome staff!!

Every time I drop something off for shipping the people are friendly and helpful.

Second time I mailed from there when they said it would be at location in 4-5 days both time it has been 9 days or more maybe it was the location it went to NC but 9 days is to long . The people that work there are very nice and I'll keep trying to send from there

Amazon sent me here to return a product free of charge. It was packed in the same box Amazon sent it in, with Amazon packing tape. I had the scan code and read the directions. The kid at the counter refused to send it in its packaging. The manager refused to come out and address the situation. They wanted to charge me $28 plus to repack it and ship it. It’s a $38 product. I’ll address the issue with Amazon. Don’t use this store.
