The UPS Store

I've been using this UPS store for years. I really don't understand why people would give this place less than five stars. The people there are always friendly, they pack my stuff with care, and it arrives when they say it arrives. They're just great.

This UPS location is my favorite by far! I come in quite often and every time (no matter what day or time) there is a team member standing there waiting to help you while also greeting you with a smile. Little to no wait time!! Also the inside is always super clean and smells great!

This is the only place I will go for my parcel, packages and mailing needs. This past Saturday I had a to make a return to Amazon. It was past 4 and I saw on the website it was closed. As driving by I noticed people walking out so I figured maybe I’d give it a try. Sure enough behind the counter was a really nice lady. I think she was the owner. She welcomed me and assured me it was okay to make my return. I was really thankful that day. I love their staff and her kindness. Thank you again.

I always love going to this location to return packages to Amazon. I was at this location on 6/28/23. Let me tell you, there was an irate customer who was upset over pricing. These employees here have absolutely no control over that. He acted like a complete and total idiot, and proceeded to verbally abuse my favorite worker at this location Pam. She handled the situation like a champ! She never reacted and stayed calm. This man refused to leave, I could not believe how he treated her. As usual she handled the situation in a calm manner and kept her head through the entire encounter. Pam is absolutely the best and I am so very sorry this happened to her. I highly recommend this store ( only if you're sane)! Crazies please stay away.

I’ve always had amazing experiences at this store even when the line is out the door with rude people that expect things for free, I’m still greeted with a smile or “we’ll be right with you”.

I had been trying to return an item I had bought online. I was exasperated with the seller's lack of urgency and working 8 months to return the item. I finally got shipping labels and went to the UPS store.

There was a minor hiccough with the labels provided by the seller and I got pretty heated yet again. And then, Pam stepped in.

She was amazing. She called the freight side and went over the paperwork with them on the phone, hiccough smoothed over. She made copies of the paperwork for me and told me when they were expecting the item to be picked up. And then, today she called me to let me know that the item was picked up, where the next stop was going to be, and asked if there was anything else she could help me with.

I hate to admit that I was "that customer" that most retail workers have stories about. But Pam took it in stride, talked me off the ledge, and went FAR above and beyond what she needed to do. With customer care like that, Pam will get all of my shipping business henceforth.

Been here a few times and service is always quick and friendly. Today I showed up about 2 hours after they were closed, but there was a worker inside who let me in and let me complete my Amazon return. It was very kind and not at all necessary, I really appreciated it.

Snow was approaching and people were rushing around trying to beat it...its Sunday, a day UPS is usually closed. With snow coming...most places will be closed on Monday. Well, I check online and Pam...the owner I later find out, decides to not only open from 9-12 on a usually closed Sunday, but worked the front to help people get their packages out before things supposedly got bad. I was taken back by that wonderful gesture of sincere concern and willingness to open for the community that this UPS instantly got all my love! Pam, thank you for your heart for Warrenton.

Great customer service. The team has been there awhile and so they know what to do and how to do it. They always help me out with the little extras, like repackaging, advice on which packaging and which service, and they are never flustered by long lines or large shipments. My favorite UPS location.

I use this store frequently and they are always friendly and helpful. One Sunday I ended up walking in to drop something off when the woman behind the counter told me they were closed. I apologized and said I didn't realize because the front door was unlocked. She said, "No problem. We're here cleaning the carpets today. I can help you but wanted to let you know we are not open on Sundays." Such great customer service.

My goal is to support small businesses anytime I can, especially this UPS Store as they have always exceeded my expectations! Yesterday I had a huge amount of returns and was ever so carefully carrying them from my car to the front door of the store. When I got to the door I saw the inside gate closed and the door was locked. My fault as I was 10 minutes late and had not paid attention to the hours! Frustrated, I started walking back to my car when the owner knocked on the window and waved me in. She opened the gate and door and helped me in. She didn’t think twice about not helping me. The staff is always pleasant, fast and the store is organized and super clean. Thank you guys for a job well done, always!!!!

I frequent this store and the staff never ceases to amaze me. Today I watched a staff member help an older customer navigate their way through what seemed to be a fairly complicated transaction. The associate was patience and kind and seemed to explain everything so that the customer had all the information to make a choice about how to ship their item. In fact they did such a good job, it helped me do the same when it was my turn!!

I have used this store several times over the past six years for almost everything; copying, shipping, faxing, and dropping off. I LIVE IN FAIRFAX, and this UPS store is my preferred store!! The staff is awesome- Nicole is amazing, if you need something notarized she is the best, makes it painless no matter what! This is a great store and though I don't live in the area anymore, every time I am in town visiting I find an excuse to go see how its doing! Thank you UPS Store Warrenton, for never changing how great your service is- even when other things change.

I have shipped hundreds of packages through this store and have always been treated professionally and courteously by the owner and staff. This crew keeps me in business!

New UPDATE! 4/12/23

This UPS store is my go-to. Years ago I wrote a negative review and I regret that so much, as I learned that communication is always key. The staff are extremely efficient, highly trained, approachable, and just really great at their job. How they can work so efficiently is like a lost art form. Management is key! And this store is A+++.

Latest update:

Through Covid19, the variants, weather, and all the other changes we have all suffered through, there are few places that can be counted upon. However, the Warrenton UPS store is one of them. Consistent service, speedy and helpful employees are the norm here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have been using this Warrenton location for the past 3 years and have found the owner extremely knowledgeable, on point, and very helpful. The staff is well trained and my shippings or returns are very efficient and quick. Highly recommend.

There are so many places that have poor customer service, or rude employees that shouldn't be in the customer service business. This place however, has always treated me and my family with professional, quick, and painless service. The owner is amazing and the staff quick and efficient. I am so glad I ignored the poor reviews this place has received because if I had given them credence then I would never have gotten the chance to discover an amazing store, staff, and small business owned place. Every place is gonna have it's stuff people complain about... but thank you Pam, and the UPS Store Warrenton for loving this community and for always doing your best!

Pam and her UPS Store crew are the best! I can't even explain all of the ways she has helped me out often by going far above and beyond what any other proprietor would even consider. Five starts are not enough in my opinion and I wish I could give more. It's simple. If you need excellent service from a genuinely great person and business owner then The UPS Store in Warrenton is the place to go!

Pam and her minions are awesome. Always there to greet me with a smile, and a 'how can I help you today.' Customer service is rapidly becoming a lost art in today's world. But it still exists here. So many services under one roof. Be it packing, shipping, printing, or just mail box services, they are always there to help. Never had a bad experience working with Pam and her crew.

Whatever your needs, they are always ready to meet, and exceed expectations.

I would highly recommend The UPS Store of Warrenton. Definitely five stars.

Needed some items printed for a presentation and not being familiar with the area, called this location and I'm glad I did. Pam, despite being so busy due to the holidays, took the time to take several of my calls to make sure my order was received, and printed correctly. It was such a great experience. thank you!
