Had an over the holiday Dental emergency and other dentists wouldn't see me until January. My face was swollen to the point of shutting one eye and the abscess in my gums was killing me. Called the clinic Monday morning and explained the situation, they were quick to set up my appointment and get me on a course of treatment. They gave me options to suit my needs and when they realized they couldn't meet those in the office gave me a referral.

From walking through the door as a new patient to walking out I spent less than 45 minutes in the office. Doc and techs were excellent in courtesy and a friendly environment where my needs weren't only heard but felt like it mattered.

I've gone here for years. The wait-list is not usually very long. The staff are very friendly and the dentists are too. I'll be getting my dentures from this place in a few months. I have faith they will do well.

While they were able to get me in same day, the provider prescribed antibiotics I am allergic to and four days later I still do not have the correct antibiotics for an abscess. Not impressed at all! Don't they read the medical history patients complete? And failing that, don't they re-prescribe something the patient is not allergic to?

All they do is cancel all the time and give you a run around when they actually see you after a three month wait and you get empty promises. I went in July for a broken tooth it is now January and I have been canceled on three times with no relief .I have been begging for help since July I have insurance and have been approved for everything and it is medically necessary the work in need done and still no help. Now it almost gone and no help.i would say don't go here. The staff are nice but that is all

IF LOOKING FOR A DENTIST READ BEFORE CONSIDERING ALICE HYDE DENTAL!!! If I could give negative stars, I definitely would!!!! Due to a calcium deficiency, my teeth are breaking and in 2020, I made the decision to have my top teeth removed because they were in horrible shape. Alice Hyde Dental referred me to a separate oral surgeon to have my teeth removed so I could be fitted for dentures. The entire process of getting dentures takes time due to the fact that after you have your teeth removed, your gums need time to properly heal. The swelling needs to go down so that your dentures will fit properly. I had my teeth pulled in April and began the fitting process for dentures in June. Every few weeks, I drove 45 minutes to Alice Hyde Dental to get fitted for my dentures. I finally received my new teeth in December I was thrilled to be able to smile again! They were uncomfortable from the beginning, but I assumed that it would take some time to adjust to the new addition in my mouth. As the weeks passed, they were still very uncomfortable, causes my gums to become raw and bleed. Blisters formed, as did abscesses. I called and made another appointment with Alice Hyde Dental. The dentist informed me that I needed to still let me gums heal. It is now 2023. I have been back to Alice Hyde Dental many times for this same problem. I have to use poligrip at least three times a day within 12 hours just to keep my teeth in place. They have referred me to an oral surgeon to reconstruct my upper jaw in order to fit my dentures. Something is not right here... The oral surgeon I was referred to specifically said I need new dentures because the ones I have do not properly fit my mouth. I do not need oral surgery. After contacting Alice Hyde Dental with this information, they requested that I have the oral surgeon fax the findings to them, which I did. Alice Hyde Dental will not do ANYTHING!!! I have to get a THIRD opinion from Aspen Dental in two months. I have gone three years without being able to eat regularly. I cannot wear the dentures that they gave me for more than 3 hours without being uncomfortable. They do not care! If they would have taken the time to do their job properly in the first place, I would not be in this position! Why should I have to undergo a third oral surgery to make my mouth fit the dentures when it is the dentures that are supposed to fit my mouth??? Consider other options before going here!!!

Girlfriend went in because the filling they did on her tooth was VERY sensitive. Which it shouldn't have been. They took her in and proceeded to tell her she didn't know what tooth was worked on because their "chart" said otherwise. After all of the staff bickering at eachother for a bit the Dentist ground her tooth down EVEN MORE. Alice Hyde as a whole has become a joke to this community and it needs to change.
