This Social Services has been getting me since September. They set me up with a Work Readiness Evaluation which took only an hour of answering questions and listening to that case workers plans. They give you Free Bus Tickets to other locations, since they deal with individuals in all of the surrounding counties. They have hiding Programs and evaluations that determine where to send you with connections throughout all of the surrounding States and the ability to grant you free transportation to these places. They'll get you free Motels for a week. Sent me to St. Joe's instead of Rehab. They'll help you with your SSI and SSDI, TANF, and SNAP depending on your meds and eligibility. There are possible ways to be eligible for these things, and be exempt from their weekly tasks. They'll help you get your ID and Documentation if possible. They seemingly do everything they can fit you as long as you can keep up with their tasks it have a good excuse not to do so. If you have to leave the state, then they'll get you a Bus Ticket so long as you have someone to verify your address. We can't have homeless people aimlessly jumping through the bus stations. They'll take advantage of the other passengers or steal from them. So because of all of these things, I have my own apartment this year, with free for too last until my Food Stamps and Cash replenish.

They have gorgeous strong women in charge of everything, so you know the paperwork won't get mixed up. Seating that's usually enough for people and short wait times and immediate action on the employees parts. There's no smoking within twenty five feet of the building and they have closed ashtrays. They have city buses that show up every hour, and they have out of town busses that show up twice a day. They've gotten me two free pairs of shoes, and be pants and socks and twenty four hour surveillance with attentive security guards that are normally always telling jokes.

Very grateful for the caring individuals who work in the HEAP office. Denise went above and beyond, even reaching out to my family members when she couldn’t reach me, to insure that my fuel expense would be covered. Thank you!!!!

A great place to go for anything you need help with, if they can't help, they will find someone who can.

If you come in respectful of their space and speak what you need to have done clearly and Effieciently you will be serve well.. But if you are gonna come in your pajamas and acting like you deserve the world and tell all your problems🙄- that not what they are there for. And not do they want to hear it🤷🏽‍♀
