Not a bad place, things can be a little pricey but the staff is very friendly and they are almost always on top of the trends!

I don't know how these people look a 10 year old in the face and sell them a pack of Pokemon cards for $25 for ONE pack when you can get a box of TWENTY of the same packs for $80.

Poor kid saved up his money... I should have done my due dilligence. Buyer beware.

I just bought a item last night, the cashier lied to me when I asked if my insider rewards were used so I didn't pay full price, she said she put it in for me when really she didn't( also sent a Email like the comment said to an never received a reply) spend your money elsewhere everything is overpriced

I live 2 hours away. I called ahead to ask if they had a certain plush in stock, which they did. They offered to put it aside for me and I said YES PLEASE! Come to the store, find the same plush on a box, and think to myself "OH wow TWO?!" Got up to the register, told them they had one set aside for me. They tell me that's the only one. So they had put it into the box again. THEN proceeded to push for my number and email, which I declined at least 3 times, because I knew I was not giving them my business again after they tossed my item from the side back into circulation. Rude. Will not be shopping here again.

I purchased 3 items from this store and the only thing said before I paid was “you know they’re 14.99 here, right?”. Nothing about returns or exchanges or anything. No I for at all in the store regarding it. When I went to return them they advised it is a final sale and it states it on receipt. 1 star because I’m now put $40+ because the only time final sale was mentioned was after I paid for the product (on receipt) so it was too late. Complete ripoff. Should be told that before you pay and it’s too late. I will never shop here again due to this and the lack of customer service. These were a birthday gift and now because I wasn’t told prior to paying about them being final sale, I can’t purchase a gift for my kid.

Tell people it’s final sale before you take their money cause this is sketchy and basically a rip off. In store and online return info states returns accepted within 30 days with receipt and I met both of those qualifications.

Ridiculously expensive! $12.99 for ONE sour candy stick. And I got the reduced price because I gave them my phone number and email address so I can only imagine what it would cost if I hadn’t done that

Wife had called to get something set aside, we got there and discovered that it had been put back, and was the last one. Thankfully we got lucky and got it. EXTREMELY pushy with their insider club, so much so that everything costs more unless you join. Not a fan, and won't be going here again.

Do NOt shop here .. they ask for ur info for a discount then you will get non stop texts and emails when they sell your Indian. Do NOT support this shady business . They are legit the worst.

Be prepared for 2am text messages if you give your info. Never shop here .
