Okay guys I have to give this employee some praise! His name is Joseph, I recommend you go straight to him, but honestly you don’t have to look hard because he meets you at the door! Greet you with a smile he’s amazing to work with and definitely brought Office Depot to a totally different level! I have a totally different outlook on Office Depot. Also he shares some information about saving a ton of money over there! So don’t miss out on asking him how to save a ton! Also we were leaving and he ran out to give us more information about saving money!! He’s the best and he’s being back amazing customer service to the industry!

The store Mgr. Was awesome. He also made sure the item I ordered would be available next day and then called soon as the delivery truck arrived to the store…

The store manager on the day of my visit and purchase was helpful and engaged in assisting me find a quick resolution to my additional question and need. I have been a patron of Office Depot for over 10 years. I have purchased more than six laptops, accessories, and office supplies with no disappointments. Inventory is good. Selections are great. If the store does not have what I need, they will help me find it online. Customer service is outstanding.

This review is specifically for the gentleman working at the printing counter on June 13th, 2023 between 9 and 10am. (I forgot his name and I feel terrible). I've been having a VERY difficult few days and his unspoken random act of kindness helped me in ways that I couldn't express. My visit ended with me in tears (IN A GOOD WAY) and MUCH appreciation. Thank you for being kind to a stranger. You made a BIG impact, sir. 🩵

Great store, great employees , great prices, everything was in stock. Joshua and Kyle were a great help to use not only in finding what we needed but also helping us load my new desk and office chair. We highly recommend this store!

Tony was the sales rep who helped me on 11/3/22. I needed color copies printed from my jump drive and BOTH of their copiers were down and being serviced by a tech. But, Tony never missed a beat- he was pleasant, calm and very helpful. He deserves a raise! GREAT JOB TONY and thanks again!!!

This location is always really clean and well organized! The staff here are some of the most knowledgeable and patient people I’ve ever met. EXCELLENT location.

I have been dealing with and purchasing supplies and equipment from this location for over 12 years for business and personal use. All of the employees are very personable, especially Katherine, and are always willing to help. Most of the time they make me forget that I'm shopping a national chain store. There have only been a few times over the 12 years that they didn't have what I needed at this location, but they had it at their other location in town. I was able to pay for it at this store, have everything on one receipt, and pick it up immediately at the other store. Customer service and convenience is why I give this store 5 stars.

I would like to show my appreciation and respect for the young manager at this store. This young man is the best! I'm 70 years of age and when I need any office products, my first choice will always be this store over the Ryan Street location. I hope Office Depot pays this manager well because he's worth it!

ms. Marlo and Josh went above and beyond to make sure I found everything I needed with all of my questions addressed. then went a step further and DIDNT CHARGE A SERVICE FEE LIKE UPS STORE just to print 3 pieces of paper. Thanks Kyle for help with the pens!

Will come here over Lowe’s 10x, customer service is always there with employees and the Assistant manager Jason is always assisting customers and employees to make sure things are on par.

I was looking for a clip board for work that fits isometric drawings. A young man came over to help. He found exactly what I needed. I was overheated. Just left my job site. I was ready to get home. THANK YOU JUAN. YOU GOT ME OUTTA THERE FAST.

My trip today to Office Depot Max was excellent. Tyler was very friendly and efficient and helped me with my purchase at the register.
