I’ve visited this place my whole life but ever since the new owners took over at the end of last year this place has come back to life
Whereas it used to be in shambles before but now it’s stacked and serving well again. Hands down the biggest , most reasonable and best gas station in the locality!

I would just like to say that I appreciate all the feed back that I am reading right now. My name is Tony, and I am the new Store Manager here at AMPM 251 Ranier Avenue North Renton Washington 98057. I would like to extend my deepest apologies to all of you as the public, because without you we would not be able to remain in business. I would like to give you my solemn promise that I will deal with all of these complaints. It is unacceptable for my staff to take random breaks when they see fit. It is unacceptable for my store to be closed for up to an hour, because they are supposedly doing shift change. Yes we do close, but they are only supposed to be closed for a maximum of 15 minutes to complete the End Of Day Report. All of your complaints will be brought to my staff's attention, and Disciplinary Action will be taken to rectify the public's view on my store. I intend to make my customers feel welcomed when they come into my store. I will make Customer Service, my staff's number one priority. I do not see my customers as my customers they are our guests, and I will do my very best to make sure they are treated as such. I gave 5 Stars not because I feel my store deserves 5 Stars, but because you as the public deserve 5 Stars, because without these complaints I may not have every known what has been going on in my own store that I manage. I just took over this store as Store Manager, and I need a lot of help to get this store where it needs to be, because this store has a lot of potential to be an awesome store with an exceptional staff that gives exceptional customer service. So from the bottom of my heart I will promise to do my very best to make your complaints my number one priority, and to make your neighborhood AMPM great again. Again, my deepest apologies to you as the public, and my personal guests for your less than satisfactory experience in my store. I left this review because I am unable to respond to each complaint one on one, because I don't have access to this website. Thank You for taking the time to read this response. Best gas station in the area and best staff, very friendly people

I take my career very seriously, and this is not how I would ever leave my store looking. My store and the property must always look presentable must always look inviting. When I was managing this store it rarely looked like this. This is an embarrassment to AmPm to the customers and to the neighborhood.

I am Very Pleased with this store and it's Workers the all Black workforce are very Hardworking Honest People they Treat Customers like Family and Look out for their CoWorkers they work as a True Team, They Give Great Customer Service I'm Proud of the Owner For Hiring Tiffany,Tina,Larry they are a positive Romodel for the community I will definitely come here every time

Fine, but be sure to check the dates on anything you buy. I unknowingly purchased a kitkat that expired in 2015 yesterday. A date that far out means they might not be great at checking their inventory.

Employees are not wearing masks.

This gas station has skimmers on some card machines. The employees appear to be involved or at least complicit. I noticed a skimmer, peeled it back to reveal the real keypad under there. The employee angrily told me that it is supposed to be that way. I did report it to the police, but knowing how neutered police are here, I doubt they did anything about it. I would avoid this place.

I would be careful using your credit card or debit card because they over charged me hella on my card for $31 when all I bought was a Gatorade and some chips?? Should’ve been at least like less than the amount. Went back in the store they told my boyfriend they couldn’t find the receipt??? Literally was just in the store like a minute ago just freaking ridiculous

every time i’ve been in here this store charges me more than what items are priced as. like a bag if chips that was 2.99 was 5.99?? and a drink that was 2 for 4 was 5.99 each?? this is a common gas station scam. just don’t shop here lol
